Automated Sports Club System


Project Objective

“XYZ Name” sports club provides best games services to its members. The sports activities include table tennis, carrom, basket ball, squash, football, and hockey. Apart from this, the club has a café with variety of drinks available and 2 rest rooms and 1 swimming pool. Apart from that, one extra room is there or we can say hall which is only for the managing department of the club.

Automated Sports Club System software is programmed in such a way that it helps “XYZ Name” sports club to maintain all the records of its regular members as well as all the details about their managing department is also kept collectively in one single database. Automated Sports Club System is designed to reduce the manual labour power and thus increasing the efficieny of the club to work well.

Existing System

The existing Automated Sports Club System of the “XYZ Name” sports club is working upon is basically is manual work. All the database is collected in spreadsheets and all the details of the staff members and the regular players is also jot down in sheets and various hard copy documents. No details of the sports club is also available and in case if anybody needs any particular information regarding the club or any sport, than he/she needs to go to the relevant office of the club. Also registration is done manually for the new customers. This process takes a lot of time thus reducing the interest of the customer in the club.

Proposed System

This proposed Automated Sports Club System software not only reduce the time of all the processes that have been done during giving up of any new membership to new customers but also increase the efficiency of the staff members by reducing their manual work of entering information into spreadsheets. The new proposed system just needs a single mouse click, and within the time limit of 2 seconds all the information will get available to the user whether it is about their own past history membership details but also of all the activities and sports that are highly active at that time in the club.

Automated Sports Club System Modules

There are 3 types of module exists in the automated sports club system software, which are given as follows:

  1. Staff Module: This module contains all the details which the staffs or the authorized persons can do such as maintaining the whole system or organizing various sports or tasks and keeping track of all the confidential and non-confidential information about the club and its members and recent activities going on.
  2. Registration Module: In this module, user can register himself into the club and get access to all the activities and sports as well as all the special promotion offers the club provides.
  3. Customer Module: This contains what the customers like, what are the sports they prefer the most, what are the activities they perform in the club most, drinks they like the most and every important information about the club customers.
