Airtel Prepaid System Automation in Java

 

 

Project Abstract

There’s a lot of more required to be completed on time in Airtel prepared office. These tasks may include filling customers form, keeping them in a separate file, making list of registered mobile number, files related to Airtel prepaid services to be moved from one district area to another. This Airtel Prepaid System Automation will not only reduce the paper work but also provide a secure medium to store data and information. Apart from these, its admin will able to check and generate reports as and when required based on their requirements. The make working process faster and eliminate redundancy, all data will be stored and accessed from central database.

Existing System

There was always of time delay in carrying out any type of processing work through manual power and even sometime there was a delay to complete the task on time. Same paper need to be stored at different places, so extra cost involved in storage and possibility of security attack for their customers data and even these data can be changed or theft from any working persons. It was not possible to calculate and prepare daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports in few hours and maximum chances doing same work repeatedly which results in complexity associated with assigned task.

Proposed System

To bring out automation in this Airtel Prepaid System Automation, all work will be carried out with the help of computer and to eliminate the redundant data and repetitive work, database will take care of it. To provide security, only authorized person to access particular section will able to work under such module. This system will able to get and manipulate transactions data such as sales and purchasing, maintaining customer details with edit and create facility, facility to check stock status, transferring reports though in built email features. With graphical sql query report generation module, users have to just enter their query using graphical menu and its reports will be presented to them, so required no technical skills to handle this system.

4. Stocks Module.

Transaction Module:-

Transaction module will look after sales and purchase section, daily and monthly transaction. It will keep eyes of inflow and outflow of amount to and from offices. This system also able to maintain ledger and balance sheet of prepaid office, so no need of accountant.

Subscriber and Outlet Module:-

This module will responsible to deal with customer sections and automate all the work to provide efficient services to their existing and new customers. It will keep customers records, update whenever requested and required, keeping latest offers details which can be easily updated when required for outlet purpose for providing economical services to their customers.

Analysis and Report Module:-

One click report can be prepared through this module. Its admin will able to prepare daily, weekly, monthly or yearly selling profit, total profit made for particular business session, areas where loss has been faced. Through analysis query, it will help the admin of make future planning such as target to be completed to reach desired profit and much more.

Stocks Module:-

To keep track on invested money, this module will be very helpful. It will help to know the details of products which are in stock with their number, locations where products have been supplied with what quantity and payment status details for it.
