Overview

The Vehicle Tracking Using Android system is built to track the drivers driving details like location of the vehicles through GPS. The details of the location are tracked and sent to the admin. The system can be implemented in call taxi so that the admin can track the location of the vehicle and allocate the taxi to the next customer.

This mobile GPS tracking system is very much useful for those people who land their vehicles on rent to other people. Also, for the ones who are sending their loved ones driving the vehicles for the very first time.

Existing System

The Vehicle Tracking Using Android system fails to track the location of the vehicle when there is a network failure due to environment hazardous. The driver cannot breach of rules. Users can login with the user ID and password and the system gets tracked from then and sends and the location information to admin through GPS.

Also, some people don’t use any application for this kind of tracking. They just go on calling every time they wush to get the status of the driver, location or any sort of information. The existing system is a kind of unreliable and also lack some features for consistent tracking.

Proposed System

The admin can record the attendance of the drivers which would be easy for salary calculation. The system generates an admin ID and password for the admin to operate. Proposed Vehicle Tracking Using Android system is highly automated and thus does not require regular set up for initializing the tracking which is being shut off due to some break.

The Vehicle Tracking Using Android system is very much use for vehicle owner’s as in case if they hand over their vehicle to any other person, then they can keep an eye of the kilometres they travelled till the time and also keep an eye on every activity of the driver.

The admin can track the location of vehicle if the driver involves in any violation.

Vehicle Tracking Using Android Module

1.) Admin Module: This module consist of the person who wish to keep track of the vehicle or the driver. The admin or the user needs to make account into this module in order to get access to all the status of the vehicles.
2.) Information Module: All the information which the user get by tracking up the vehicles are saved into this module. This module works basically on the server.
3.) Driver Module: All the details will be fetch via drivers mobile and thus the given driver module is of great importance. Driver just activate the gps tracker into his mobile and data will be start fetching and this is all get activated from this module.
