Classified App Source Code

Objective

• The objective of Classified App Source Code is to register the service details request for Electrical services, Plumber services, Mechanical Services, AC Services, Other Electrical Maintenance Services, etc.

Project Overview

Classified App Source Code is used to provide the solution for various service seekers through mobile application. Customer/User can register the service request. Application manager of the mobile app will arrange the required services. All the activities and processes of the services will be tracked. The new system need to be developed with following functionalities:

• Customer/User Module
• Service Type
• Complaints
• Review
• Rating
• Feedback
• Notification
• Online payment

Existing System

Existing Classified App Source Code provide many manual solution to the service related problems. Existing mobile applications focus on registering the service request details for the services like electrical services, plumber services and other maintenance services.

Classified App Source Code Drawbacks

• It does not provide online payment facilities.
• It only focus on the service providing facilities. It does not concentrates on monitoring and updating the status of the process.
• Existing system not maintaining the records of the entire service details.
• Rating, feedback and notification modules are not available.

Classified App Source Code System Design

The proposed system concentrates on providing smart services with well designed mobile application. The system design is shown in the figure.

Module 1: Customer/User Module

Customer module consist of the user/customer management functions like registration, login, and forgot password. Registration details includes first name, last name, password, email id, address, date of birth and others.

Module 2: Service Type

Customer can select the type of service they need. Services include but not limited to,

• Electrical services
• Plumber services
• Mechanical Services
• AC Services
• Other Electrical Maintenance Services
• Others

Module 3: Complaints

Customer can register the complaint in the mobile app. Complaints might be related to anyone of the following,

• Poor Service
• Technician Related Complaint
• Registration Related Complaint

Module 4: Ratings and Review

Ratings: Customer can rate the technician based on his service.

Reviews: Customer can write the review for the service he/she obtained.

Customer can also comment or give the feedback about the service on the given comment box section.

Module 5: Payment

To reduce the time delay in the payment, online payment with 2 factor authentication module is developed. Payment with good security system is necessary to avoid unwanted activities from intruders. So this system focus on providing good and well designed security parameters to develop the better system.

Module 6: Notifications

The notification module is developed with following features,

• Email notifications
  • Welcome email after registration in mobile app
  • Mobile app updated features
  • Thanks email
• Complaint
  • Registration validation email
  • Complaint status email
• Account
  • Password reset confirmation email
  • User id reset confirmation email
