PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Grading System in PHP manages the grades of the students is one of the most hectic tasks for management & teachers. Since the number of students is many & every student are enrolled in around 9 – 10 subjects. So, it is very crucial to manage their marks & grades for a better future. This Grading System in PHP system is created to reduce the difficulty for teachers. This system automates everything from grades to percentage of each student, to their ranks and everything. Only the marks should be added manually by the admin or teachers who are managing this system as an admin.
EXISTING SYSTEM
In the present Grading System in PHP, teachers, and management have to manage a register or a notebook or some kind of excel file where they add their student’s name and marks. They find the average of the marks and percentage along with ranks, manually, which requires a lot of efforts and is very time-consuming. Sometimes, even there is a chance of occurring some mistake as well, while calculation which might create some kind of issue for students and their future. Presently, the data is very hard to maintain and is very complex to handle. There is a high chance that any kind of redundancy and errors might occur.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
In the proposed Grading System in PHP system of PHP, the whole process is automated. Overall calculation of the grades & the marks are done in a very less amount of time & is very defect free. The chances of errors are very minimum. The whole system is managed by the administration and heavy security is provided for each and each step. There is no need to manage a huge amount of data.
GRADING SYSTEM PHP MODULES
ADMIN: The admin is the module which is having the full access to the Grading System in PHP. The admin can not only upload the marks but also he/she can easily modify the existing information, which is already present in the system. The admin can manage the views of the system as well. He/she can easily limit which teachers & students are authorized to view the data and which are not. This panel can easily manage the students & teachers panel.
TEACHER: Via this panel, teachers can check out the semesters & can also check the list of the class which is assigned to that particular teacher. With every class selection, the teachers can view the list of subjects which are relevant to the semester. Through the subjects, they can check the students who appear for that exam and they can decode the marks & grades for those students as well.
STUDENT: This is the module which is exclusively for students. Students can access their marks along with the subjects via this module. They will be provided with some credentials, through which they can log in into the panel and check their marks for any subject, Along with their average marks, their grades (CGPA ) and other remarks given by the teachers.

CONCLUSION: The project is validated successfully & can manage the grading system of any organization, efficiently & cost-effectively.
