This Ware House Executor system is an integrated package of software used in warehouse operations, and elsewhere, to monitor the quantity, current location in real time as well as information related to inventory and shipping, picking, packaging and receiving processes in common usage.

Operating a Ware House System involves several processing activities. The efficiency of this system depends on how efficiently it can perform the following activities:
- Maintain the Product hierarchy and product details.
- Companies need to handle all the branches and their activities.
- Provide brand names to products based on the manufacturing structure.
- Maintain the different Unit Types.
- Hold products. Keep products in storage and under proper protections until needed.
- Maintain Company storage capabilities, for storing the products on a particular series.
- Dispatching of shipments, Package orders, making shipping documents as well as loading of packages on the specified Trucks.
- A record must be created for each item in stock showing the quantity on hand, quantity received, quantity issued, and location in the warehouse. This system can be very simple, depending on minimum of written information and human memory, or it may be a sophisticated computer-based system.
