Work Process Management System Project

Objective

Work process management will basically responsible for providing automation for required task which is to be done on time. Its primary focus will be on optimization steps which will provide alerts and sending the particular task to a particular system on specified time and date without any human intervention. The major tasks which can be achieved with the work process management are: – sharing of documents for working departments, sending emails with reply property if set by the admin along with formatted text fully integrated with the feature of content management system.       

  This system will provide a unique process solution for each of your task. Even you can configure or make changes by disrupting the ongoing work. The make documentation process easier, its project setting has been provided with options such as entering major elements under the created documents such as type of text and their size, sectional heading, date and time, name of owner and location for placing these fields.As the system will operate under live environment, it will also able to identify the type of work associated with working member. Through this package you will also able to list all employees and their working departments and designation.

Existing System

Existing system was not able to provide inbuilt process applications to improve the team performance and check out the status of ongoing process. This system was not able to make change while running the server and requires restart to begin with new changes. If any other modules need to be updated or added during later section, then it involves wastage of time and resources. It was not able to identify the repetitive work assigned to particular team and in case of adding new member or new team, reconfiguration of database file required.

Proposed System

This new system has been enabled with inbuilt report generation capabilities and providing the feature of downloading either in the format of pdf or in the form of excel of doc form. It can also make analysis by taking business parameters as their input field. It can also able to send files and messages to team members to particular team in batch processing mode or in real time environment. Validation process will be down from the client side to improve server side performance and its optimized code will enhance the performance of this current system. Scheduling of any particular task and dispatching to a desired working section can be done by the admin panel easily.
