Doctors Management System project in Java

 

 

Project Objective

It’s the software which can be beneficial for doctors who run their private clinics and have to manage their schedules with less investments and efforts. It’s the system which take care everything right from your patients schedule, their billing, reports etc and make doctors free worrying about their profits. It’s the system which send doctors prescriptions and other information’s directly to patient’s accounts, where they can check all their desired information’s. To make doctors burden free and manage their busy schedule properly, doctors will get their entire day meeting and appointment with their patients early in the morning to their mails. Doctors can know their patients in much better way, by going through their basic information’s, problems and medical facilities and medicines which he/she is currently taking.                                                                                                              This system having an electronic accounting package which makes billing process easier by providing a brief reports to the patients through identifying their problems and suggested treatments. Patients will get the treatments types which they have to take, the consultants who will involve in their treatment process, total expenses required and if any patients due for making final clearance.

Existing System

Previously, the existing system was not so advanced to manage all the records and handle all activities properly. There was no facilitation of contacts details of patients, calendar wise view and facility of checking appointments with patients, providing the feature of customization print options, viewing data as per requirements like bar graph, chart graph for analyzing the business process and currently running system. There was no module which can alert doctors about reminders of their appointments and previously assigned prescription details to particular patients. It was not the system which can provide doctors the reports on treatments which has been completed and required for particular patients with their date, time and payment details.

Proposed System

This new system having advanced billing package with other calculation features like clinical notes, files, and prescription details. Treatments and completed procedures for each patients. It’s the system where doctors can get all desired reports at their desk on one place for every patients. Using file features, their working departments can upload their reports including CT SCAN, XRAY etc to particular patient’s account, where doctors and even patients can review their reports. It’s the system which can also use in particular hospitals where the hospital authority can check how many patients are there for a particular day for different doctors who are working in their hospitals. Through the prescription details, patients can download their prescriptions and make consultation online if any problems occurred. Among many, patients can also send private emails to their doctors as per their requirements.
