Project Objective

Sometimes we are in need of address book which can be accessed from anywhere like during our travelling sections. It’s the online address book which facilitates you to search any saved records using web from any location. It’s not only saving records, among this, you can also share your address book with other by granting appropriate permissions. There a lots of other features has been added for online address book and one of these is attaching a profile picture for particular contact. There are number of customized fields which will meet all your requirements which you want to save at one place. Even sometimes, you required to share the particular address data physically, thus to save time, you can download the details in the form of PDF or MS Word.

Existing System

Previously, there was no such facility of accessing any particular record from any location and the same problem was happening with the existing system. In existing system, all contact details were kept in a particular address book and to get particular details, one have to look after the book physically by opening and checking out number of pages. Among many disadvantages, the one is searching problem and thus, it can’t be used for commercial purpose. There was no provision of saving records by making groups and friends sections manually. Among the list of difficulties, the one is sorting of details as per the requirements was not possible. So, the concept of using manual address book was time consuming.

Proposed System

This system will keep your records secure and can be accessed from any location and represent the output as per your requirement whenever you’re required. Its optimized search code will produce your results within seconds because time is money for all. This system can also be used for corporate level and uses the web concept, which means can be access from any location. To make sharing process easier, you can add the account Id of other users with viewing power and lots more. To use this system, every users should have their account. To make possible for use in corporate environment, customization of output results can be done freely. It’s the address book, which can be available anytime, anywhere and can be accessed from multiple computers with proper authorization.
