Project Objectives

Project management is one of the important issues which mostly occurs while assigning works to others. You need to get completed your task on time, whom you assigned and on the mean time you have to give appropriate answers to your clients, in case of time delay. So, if your employees will work side by side as per your given instructions, it will be easier for the admin to get the status of each assigned work. It’s the system which will track how all your assigned resources has been utilized or underutilized. Through this project planning management system, you can assign different tasks to you employees and have your reports on time to handle future difficulties, if occurs.

Existing System

Sometimes your assigned tasks through email is lost or forgotten by your employees, especially in the case of freelancing. So to overcome from this problem, the admin or employees have to re-schedule their discussion period for their new projects which is nothing but the wastage of time. Another major problems which was faced in the existing system is that, you have to dependent on multiple software package like spreadsheet, Skype etc to maintain your work status. All your employees not using the common platform to execute their work, which causes difficulties while integrating the given work which were divided into modules. Even all, there was no facility of having group discussion using common platform with all your clients and employees for better management of time and cost.

Proposed System

The first and foremost thing which this new project planning system will do is the elimination of frustrating working environment and the elimination of spreadsheet to keep records of your work status. It’s the automatic system which display the progress report based on your completed assigned work. As all the work will be done using a common platform, thus integration of all modules will be easy for the admin. Now using built in email sending system, you can save all your contacts at one place and even categorize it and send the details from one place and receive at over a single window. Its financial management system will keep track of work status and based on your payment setting, it will automatically prepare the payment sheet for better transactions.

Modules

Admin: -It’s through the admin panel, by which it will handle their employees and clients for which the other employees are working. All the business related functions can be performed using this particular panel.

Employees: -Using single window, all employees can check their assigned work, their work progress, and their complete tasks in sequence and their payment status. Among all, they will also able to check the time spent on particular project to complete along with their starting date.
