HCL Infosystem deals with software development,Communication,Office automation services, System integration and Maintainence.
HCL Technologies deals BPO services, Sales and Marketing.Its Current annual revenue is US$ 6.3 billion.Its one one of the fourth top IT companies in India.There are more then 93,000 professional currently working under this organization.Its business area is expanded in more then 31 countries and some of these are USA , Europe , Hongkong , Malaysia , Australia , New zealand…etc.Its offices in India is located in Delhi,Chennai , Kolkatta , Bangalore , Mumbai , Hyderabad..etc.

- Minimum 60% in Bachelor engineering course/Post Graduation course.

- Written test (Elimination Round).
- Group Discussion.
- Technical and HR Round (Elimination Round).
Few Facts about HCL
- Initial salary offered will be 3.5 lakhs per annum and for M.Tech candidates 3.75 lakhs.
- Working hour will be fixed.
- There will be service bond of 18 months and if you left before it then you will have to pay Rs 1,50,000.
- It also provides Internship during final year after selection process and during this period they pay Rs 16,000 per month.
HCL Written exam details
In written section, there will be three sections and each sections will have 50 questions. Total duration of written examination will be 1 hour 20 minutes.From each sections you have to solve minimum of 30 questions and it is compulsory. There will be no negative marking. HCL Group Discussion
Under group discussion you will be given a conman topic and you will have to speak on that topic. There will be a group of five to eight candidates in each group. The topic will be related to any currently burning issues. So keep your self update by reading newspapers daily. Do not argue to anyone during discussion, keep in mind that you have to just speak only six to eight points and nothing else. Do not keep yourself mum and speak whatever your know about on the given topic.Some of the important topics which are asked in 2013 campus placement session are :-
