Objective
It is observed that the population is increasing leaps and bounds day by day in every nation. Therefore, the need and expectation of human being are spiraling up in every sector. To meet the need and expectation of oversea human beings especially in the banking sector, the technology appears with the card management system, which is the application of window-based that focuses on the activities of internal card processing of a bank. It is mainly used for the maintenance and management of the card. In modern-day activities, there are multiple kinds of cards used by us. The smart card of metro or in the shopping center, credit card and debit card are embedded with the card management system. This system caters to the issuance of card like debit, credit and opening account in a bank. The external card transaction system is interacted by the card management system by generating the information of card which is maintained and managed by the bank. The main purpose of creating the card management system is to reach the need for a debit card, credit card and point of sale network.

Existing system
As per the as the present system is concerned, the customer needs to visit the bank for acquiring the details of eligibility criteria. If the customer seeks to know the details of getting a loan, he or she is required to wait for the concerned person who is responsible for delivering loan details.
The shortcoming of the existing system:
• The customer faces the trouble for seeking just mediocre banking information. He or she sometimes are forced to cancel all their meetings for visiting the bank.
• At present, no such appropriate customer service is established in the bank. Therefore, the customer is required to visit the bank on a regular basis to know the feedback and details of the service.
Proposed System
The proposed system is aimed at easing the process which is contemplated as worse by most of the customers. The proposed system would be effective in using and availing every detail of the bank easily. The system enables the customer to get the desired service quickly as well as to receive the money as early as possible. The proposed system enable the customer to transact money to their own company or their own relative.

Admin Module
The entire application can be controlled by the administrator. The entire details of the employee can be seen by him. All the details such as information delete, a view can be done by the administrator. The data is generally manipulated by the administrator in regard to the business. The reports are generally generated on numerous criteria by the administrator.

Employee Module
To get into the application, the employees need to have valid information for login. The details can be observed by each employee about the details of the card.
Loan Module
All the details of the loan can be created, deleted and viewed by the administrator. The management of the cards is vested upon the administrator.
