In this world where storing all the details becomes too difficult to manage, the social club management software helps to make everything automated related to the club.
There will be an administrator that controls the details of the members and also the employees of the club and will have the authorization to put the images and any updates related to the fitness club. In addition, they can troubleshoot the accounts of those customers if they have problems with their accounts. The social club management system software is developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is a secure and reliable system.

Existing system
Earlier the social club management system was working manually. The current system is time-consuming and expensive because it involves a lot of paperwork. Managing the system manually was a daunting task. But today computer programming has made it easier to operate. The following are the reasons why the current system should be computerized:

So there was the need for an automated system that could automate all the tasks and reduce the manual work.
Proposed system
The online social club management system is a user-friendly application. This automated system makes all operations easier for both owners and customers. It is very simple to build and easy to use. The Smart Club Management System automatically performs each task of the manual system and maximizes its performance. Thus, the response time of the system is very short and operates very quickly. In addition, customers can view the company’s products provided by a gallery with a picture of a fitness club inside and all the equipment they will use.
In this case, the customer first needs to register on the website to get their username and password in order to access the website on the login page. Customer records will be kept on the website and each customer will have a unique registration number, and the customer will be able to view the list of events and membership offered by the group. All the customer-related details are stored in a database. The admin will be responsible for adding, deleting, or modifying any details stored in the database.
Social club management system Modules
There are two basic modules in this social club management system.
Administrator module: this module involves storing and retrieving data related to a group or members. The admin is responsible for managing all the club-related details such as the latest happenings, events, and any memberships. The admin will email all the club members the details regarding the new memberships and the fees required.
User module– this module is responsible for managing the users of the system which can be either employees or members of the club. There will be a registration form and each user has been provided with a login credential to handle his or her account and view all the details related to the club. The user can browse all the club-related details after successful login.
Contact module-This module is responsible for generating the contact form where the customer or club members can post their queries.
