The primary purpose of making this Civil Registry System website is to reduce the time and work required to do the government related work. The site will provide the details of each government documents and registration details while at the same time it will help the users to apply those documents. The main aim of this Civil Registry System project is to reduce the burden on users and reduce the crowd at the government office. The system will help in the reduction of the corruption as the public can apply directly from the website and can check the status of their application.

Existing system

The present Civil Registry System does not consist an automated process but work with the manual method. A person who wants to know the details about any government documents or registration has to visit the government office. The person has to spend time in office and has to visit different sections of the department which are a highly time-consuming process. There is no system by use of which a user can know the status of the applied documents. A person faces many problems during the government related work.

Proposed system

In the proposed Civil Registry System the public can use the online website and can know the details about the process required to make the documents like Voter ID card, PAN card, Passport, Adhar Card, driving license. The user can also know about the details regarding the registration of property, birth, marriage, death, etc. as well the users can apply for the documents and do the registration from the system itself. The users can also know the status of the applied documents through the system. The Civil Registry System will keep the information provided by the user for the next time. This system will reduce the time consumption in the process and will make all the process easy for the public.

This system will consist the information related to various fields and it will provide the service from each field. The software will reduce the time and labour required for a person to get the information about the service from any field. A user can choose the services between the different price range, cost and in this way the user will get the best service with most affordable price. While the software will contain thousand of service, they will not get any problem to use the system as it will be very interactive.

Existing system

In the current Classified Website system, if the user wants to know about any service he/she has to search for the different service provider. Then they try to get the information about their service and price. While sometimes they don’t get the all required information because of which they do not use the best service present. The service provider also has to do extensive work to provide the details about their best services to the customer. The service provider advertises about their product to various places, but it does not give the guarantee that the client who needs will get the information.

Proposed system 

By use of the proposed Classified Website system, a user can know about the details of any service in the one place. The software will provide the detailed information of each service and service provider to the customer. The Classified Website software will be beneficial for both the user and the service provider. The company can advertise their product by use of this system. The user and customer both will use this system, and it will assure that the customer will get the best possible service.

Login:The user and the service provider both will have an ID and Password to their profile. They will get the access of system and will be differentiated as user or service provider based on the ID they will give.
Register:The user and service provider will get an ID and password for accessing the system only after the registration. While for registration they have to provide the necessary details about them.
Advertise:This module will be used by the service provider so that they can provide the details about their service or product.
Service:The user will get the information about the services and product from the different companies.

The purpose of this Pharmacy Management System project is to improve the maintenance and manipulation of the drugs in the medicals. The pharmacy management system will be used to minimize the time and resource by maintaining the details of the drug systemically so that the data can be used in possible quickest time. While the resource which is minimized are workforce, money, papers, etc. The system is user-friendly and will help the pharmacist. This Pharmacy Management System will reduce the burden on pharmacist and will make the system efficient by providing the more accurate details about drugs in the medical.

Existing system

Currently, the medical works are based on the manual process, and each work is maintained in the paper. The details of purchasing drugs, audits, sell reports maintained on the paper while anyone can enter into the system and can make changes in these reports, so it is not a safe method to keep the information on the paper. The pharmacist faces problem in searching the products from the self as it is not an easy method to remember about the place of each medicine. There no Pharmacy Management System which can alert the pharmacist about the end of the drugs.

Proposed system

The design of the pharmacy management system is based on the computer which will simplify the maintenance of the information, accessible and efficient. The Pharmacy Management System will provide the information about the end of the drugs in the medical so that the physician can order them drugs before the end. The pharmacist and nurses will get more accurate results at the time sell, about the details of the use of medicines and the dosages so that the system will become more reliable to use than the present system. The records of each work will be secure as to access the information the user must have to provide the ID and password in the system.

Login:The pharmacist will get the access to the system by use of this module. They will need to provide the information about the user ID and the password given to them at the time of registration.
Register:The pharmacist will need to provide some basic details about them into the system after which they will get an ID and the password which they will use to login to the system.
Record:This module will provide the function to store the information about the drugs. While it will give information about dosage, cost and the place where it is kept.
Notification:This module will alert the pharmacist about the end of the drugs.

The aim of this Cooking Recipe Portal project is to construct an online system by use of which a user can learn various kinds of the recipe. This system can be beneficial for a restaurant or to the instructor who teaches the cooking as they can spread their recipe to the other. The user can also post their recipe on the website. As the Cooking Recipe Portal system will be based on the internet, the user can learn the recipe from any place and can view the recipe any number of times. The users can give feedback to the recipe.

Existing system

In the current Cooking Recipe Portal system, the recipes are maintained in the book. A person has to write all the recipe in the book which is not a convenient way to manage the methods to cook as at the time of need of a recipe it will take a lot of time as well as the information is not safe. The data can be lost or it can be changed by any person. While the information about the number of recipes that we can store is less in the present system and it does not provide the information about the latest method.

Proposed system

The proposed Cooking Recipe Portal system will be useful for a wife, a restaurant owner, a person who want to learn. The user can upload or download a recipe on the website, can give feedback to each recipe. According to the feedback has provided by the user the recipe will be ranked so that a person can know about that recipe. There will be a massive amount of recipes available in the system. Any user can start posting the recipe in the system after registering to the website while a new user can advertise about their recipe on the site. The Cooking Recipe Portal system will be very user-friendly such that a person who does no have much experience of the internet can also use the system with ease.

The primary purpose of making the online cinema ticket booking system is to create an automatic online based system which will provide an easy and an alternate way to book a ticket for a movie. The customer will need to enter the information related to film after which the system will provide options to book the ticket. In this Online Cinema Ticket Booking System, the staff of the cinema hall won’t have to do anything for the ticket booking as the process will be done by the customer through the web which will reduce the amount of staff required in the booking counter.

Existing system

Today, there are many web-based systems are available which provides the online booking of a movie ticket, but the refund is not an easy process while in the present system once someone has chosen the seats they can’t change it. The user who has booked the ticket needs to go to the booking counter because there is no electronic ticket system, so the customers have to wait in the queue.

Proposed system

The online cinema ticket booking system will provide facility to book tickets for a movie online. A user can book tickets anytime and anywhere as the system will be online based. The Online Cinema Ticket Booking System will provide detailed information so that a customer can know about the movie and based on the information customer will book the ticket. The user can search for the movies which will be going to release in the future, so they will have an option to book the ticket in advance. The Online Cinema Ticket Booking System will make the user experience much better than the present system. The Online Cinema Ticket Booking System will provide a much better experience for booking of movie tickets. If seats are available, the customer can change the position of the seats while they will get an option to cancel of tickets.
