Eligibility Criteria for Igate

• Candidates should have a engineering degree/Master degree in Computer Science or Application or Information Technology.
• Candidates overall marks should be 60%.
• Candidates should not have any current backlog.

Examination Pattern of Igate and Igate Placement Papers

There were four round which will be taken and each round will be an elimination round.Its selection process is different from others.These selection process will include –

1. Aptitude test.
2. Technical test 1.
3. Technical test 2.
4. HR Round.

In Aptitude test there will be three sections from which questions will be asked and these will be English Grammar and Comprehension, Advanced Mathematics and Advanced Reasoning. Total duration of the written exam will be 1 hour and total number of questions will be 60.You will have to solve a minimum of 40 questions and there will be no negative marking. If you will get pass in the written exam then you will allowed to appear in technical test and technical test 1 you will asked questions from tree,linked list,searching,sorting,class and objects and from language C.

If you will get pass in the technical test 1 then you will be called for technical test 2,under this session you will be asked to explain your project and the candidates who have done their project in Java and able to explain their project in detail will definitely get selected.

In HR round you will be asked simple but tricky questions related to yourself,about the organization,why you want to join this organization and about your family background.
