The main aim of the Education Based System project is to provide a low cost and light software system which will improve the education system by changing manual to automating the tasks. It will provide a user-friendly environment to users. By using this Education Based System users can do most of the academic task through this software. The education based system will reduce the paperwork and hence time consumption required to complete the various tasks. As in the present time, all the academic process is done by the manpower which requires time and also the chance of error is more. In the existing system institutes stores information in the paper which is not an easy method to maintain it for long period of time. The information can be lost or can be misused as anyone can edit the records.
Proposed System
While in the proposed system software will maintain all the information on a cloud-based system. Where it is very easy to send and receive the data. It also provides very efficient way of processing the academic task by the remote location. The software will have a feature of automatic attendance for teachers and student. This system will also provide security to all the information which is a major concern in the present system. For the access to software, a user needs an id and a password. As the id will be unique if anyone from the administration or any person will edit then the system will be shown.
Education Based System Modules
The education based system will provide various modules such as college administration, faculty, and student. In the administration module, a college will provide information such as the fee of an institute, admission process, courses offered by an institution, academic achievements, exams date. It will send academic information of students to their parents. The module not only shows the information but can also be used as a database to maintain all the information about teachers and students. In the faculty module, teachers will provide attendance details, assignments, homework to students, class test date. The teachers can able to contact to parents of any student in case of any necessity. While a student can get all the information related to his studies such as books details, old question papers, results and the assignments given by the teachers, class notes through student module.

Software Requirements
The basic software which is required for this is java, JDK 1.4, HTML, JSP, tomcat 1.5.5. while the basic hardware requirement Pentium 4 processor, 128 MB of RAM, windows XP. This system will be very helpful for any institute as it automates most of the academic process and can be used by most of the parts of any college with high security with ease.
