Employee Leave Management System 

 

Project Objective

This is a web based online Employee Leave Management System which aimed at keeping the track of attendances of employees for either any organization or for any office or colleges or any big or small firm. This integrated software is being developed in Asp. Net technology and all the database with back up even will be stored in the server.

This .net programmed software is very useful because it is automated and it itself generated reports for the presence and absence of the registered employee. This software is very useful for the organizations who need to keep tracks of every single aspect of their employees. Many firms used this software because it reduce their responsibility of manually taking attendance of each and every employee or to keep an eye whether the employee is present or not because this software do it very easily.

Existing System

In the existing Employee Leave Management System, in almost every organization and firm, whenever an employee enters into the office, he/she has to either mark the attendance by themselves or else the manager came and take attendance which sometimes leads to extra attendance or short attendance as well as it is very time consuming too. In the existing system, the chances of losing the records is also very much.

Proposed System

In the new proposed Employee Leave Management System all the data is being maintained into the server as well regular updation will also takes place. In case, if there is some holiday, then the data is being updated automatically under well-defined graphical user interface and thus this software also makes the work load less for the department and management class as well as make easy access to the information for the authorized persons.

Employee Leave Management System Modules

Modules for this system includes

1. Administrator: The job of administrator is to add all the details about the employees along with their name and register those employees so that every day attendance will be marked in front of their names in the database only. Also administrator can access to what are and how much leaves the employee is taking and also the reason behind their leaves can only be access by the administrators only.
2. Employee: Keeping the records of all the employees present in the department as well their information including personal information and official information as well. Also how much leaves they had already taken and how much of official leaves are left and what kind of leaves they are taking and from which date to which date are they on leave and all the relevant details related to the employees is being marked up into this module.
3. Reports: This module includes all the reports that have been generated by the system about all the employees in personal like how much leave they had taken and their working status and every other aspect in which they work in that particular organization.

Crime Investigation Management System

Project Objective

The main aim of Crime Investigation Management System software is to maintain and work upon all the complaints of the common people in various departments. This asp.net programmed system works to maintain all the records for managing crime across the city. It is a motion detecting software which keeps an eye on all the activities going on in that particular area.

This Crime Investigation Management System is being used to report all the crimes. Whenever a crime is being suspected or any unwanted activity is suspected than the system will record the activity and saved it as database for further assistance. The system also keep track of all the criminals from their past to present in order to maintained a good environment and so that in future if the criminal do any of the wrong activity than police can use the database which is being already stored in the servers for assisting that criminal activity.

Existing System

In the existing Crime Investigation Management System, no database is being maintained for the past theft or criminal activities and also in various police stations or we can say almost all police stations the criminals who get caught in the past has their database being saved into the files and documents which in future may lead to missing up of any file and were not make able to caught that theft again.

Proposed System

In the proposed Crime Investigation Management System, all the work is done on computer and all the data is being saved in the database server which can assist in future tragedies and theft can be caught easily. The proposed system is highly programmed using asp.net technology in which once you entered the data, you can access all the data at once using a single click of the mouse in a couple of seconds. Image comparing and capturing will be an easy task once we start using this software. This software actually helps in keeping away all the criminal activities and thus increasing the good vibes in the environment. Every big and small organization should have this highly integrated software to keep their organization away from any kind of criminal activities.

Crime Investigation Management System Modules

The given software has three kind of modules:

1. Admin: All the activities which had been recorded into the database or all the motions that had been saved is only visible to the authorized persons or admins of the software. No every common person have the rights to check all the motions, images and all the activities and data that have been recorded into the system database.
2. Criminal: Criminal details along with their activities or what crime they did is being maintained into a separate module and the admin always keep an eye on the database.
3. Common people: The software also keep the track on all the details related to the common people so that in future in case any reference is needed than just a simple click will help to solve out all the problems.

Project Objective

            In recent times the world has become a global village and instant communication is possible between places that are separated by thousands of kilometres. The advent of the telephone, mobile networks, and satellite networks have bolstered this growth in communication. The internet has quickly become an important tool in communication. Most communication between business entities or individuals is facilitated by the internet. Multiple portals can offer services with features to match every desire.

            This Web Messenger project aims to build a messaging service that can operate over the internet. This system will be able to connect multiple users and enable them to chat and share files over a secured internet connection. The system will consist of a client module and a server module. The server module will handle management of user accounts and facilitate the connection, while the client module will be used by the user.

            The user will be required to enter details about themselves such as their email ID, mobile number, name, etc. They will be able to upload a profile picture and can choose a unique name (Profile Name). Users will be able to connect with other users by either sharing their Profile Name or sharing a QR code that will make it easy to share one’s Profile Name.

            Users will be able to interact one – on – one with other users or they can create common chat forums to talk with more than one user. This system can also be used to share photos, video files, audio files or Office documents.

            The Web Messenger system will also allow users to be contacted via email or mobile. If a user wishes to contact another user via email or mobile (SMS) they can choose the link on the system and system will forward any message via email or SMS without revealing the email ID or mobile number of the recipient user.

Existing System

            The existing Web Messenger system of messengers have limited functionality as they do not offer options to share files nor do they allow email and SMS communication without revealing the email ID or mobile number. Such systems are limited in their scope and generally users use many such systems in tandem.

Proposed System

            The proposed Web Messenger system allows people to share files easily. It protects user details such as email IDs and mobile numbers while allowing communication through these mediums. The only ID needed is a unique name that can be generated by the system and this name can be easily shared using a QR code. This system will appeal to the need for instant communication of the youth and the need for identity protected communication of businesses.

Web Messenger Modules

Server: The server side can be used to create user accounts. It will provide verified user credentials and help generate a unique name (Profile Name) for each user. In the event of a misuse of service terms the server module can be used to deactivate a user account.

Client: The client side can be used by the users. Users can share pictures, video, audio and Office files using this module. They will be able to contact other users either using the messaging interface of this system or through email and SMS. The system will mask the email IDs and mobile number of all users.

Budget Analysis System .NET Project

 

Budget Analysis System Objective

            The aim of this Budget Analysis System project is to build an application that will help in parsing financial data and making the calculations required for business firms. This application will automate the process and make it easier to collate information submitted by different managers. The system will utilize a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) which will enable faster access and manipulation of data.

Businesses are required to keep track of their budget expenditures so as to avoid cost overruns and to ensure fiscal responsibility of managers. This application will be web based so as to enable managers from different parts of the globe to upload the required excel sheets. The data from the excel sheet will be automatically assimilated and the necessary calculations made to produce the information required by upper level management. A new project can be created by a manager or supervisor on the system and this will generate an excel sheet, with built in lookup function to avoid redundancies in data entry, that has to be filled out by the person in – charge.

The Budget Analysis System application will take all the data generated and analyse it to present trends and key statistics. The statistics generated can be viewed by upper management in the form of graphical representations such as graphs or pie charts, enabling quick understanding of the fiscal strength of the different departments of the business.

Existing System

            The existing Budget Analysis System consists of excel sheets generated by different managers which are sent to one supervisor. The supervisor will have to individually go through each excel sheet to collect the information to make a unified financial record. These excel sheets are built as non-relational databases and it is very difficult to spot trends and parse the data of the unified record. A supervisor collating the different excel sheets may take many weeks to complete the task.

Proposed System

            The proposed Budget Analysis System will ensure that the excel sheets utilised by the different managers are aligned to the system objectives and follow a uniform structure. This will make it simple for the system to automatically parse the data and generate a unified record. The process can be completed in a matter of seconds and the only possible bottleneck occurs due to a delay on the side of the manager in uploading the excel sheet.

Modules

Admin: The admin module will be able to access the excel sheets submitted by the different managers. User accounts for the two levels of access will also be created by the admin. The admin will decide the level of access for each individual user.

High level access: The high level access module will be used by upper level management. This module can be used to view the collated data and view trends. Authentication is a very important aspect of this module and login IDs will be recorded because privileged information can be accessed through this module.

Low level access: The low level access will be used by the managers to upload the excel sheets required. They will be able to create new projects on the system and generate excel sheets for the same. The admin will grant them access privileges.

The Blood Donation Management System does not store blood but it stores the information about the blood or more precisely we can say it store the information or database of the blood available in the particular location. Because there was a time when some needs bloods in urgent, then this software proved to be his best friend and help the person finding the place nearby him very quickly.

The system is basically an E-information system for getting the database for the blood availability in any particular arena.

Existing System

In existing Blood Donation Management System, not all users can get access to the information because of the low working of the application or is not able to access any site. Sometimes the information is not updated or available for a particular place. In existing system the security is less and latest updates and uploads are not so frequent.

Proposed System

In the proposed Blood Donation Management System, in this software once the timer is being arranged, it put up updates and uploads automatically and does not need anyone to do so. Also it is easily available due to its speed and programming part and using it is quite an easy task and well as due to its speed the information which will be available by one or two clicks, will get available in few seconds only.

Modules

The following integrated software had the given modules:

1. Administrators: They have the right to add all the details to the system such as blood groups availability, the quantity in which they are available, locations nearby and country and every details including the phone number of the location office as well.
2. Donor: Donor is the one who donates the blood. The information of all the donors is being maintained. So that in case of emergency when the blood is not available then asking directly to the donor to provide hid blood will help the people a lot.
3. Organization: All the organizations along with the place in which they are located can be added into this module.
4. Customers: The one who needs blood can give their telephone and can take the blood by showing the reports to them. Reports must consist the information about urgency of needing the blood by the person.
5. Reports: The reports that are generated after issuing the amount of blood to the patient or the person who wants it, a report is generated showing that how much blood is being given and to whom it is given and details about the person.
