Online clinic management system

Objective

An online clinic management system is a software developed through which the medical stores maintain their inventory of medicines. Now the number of patients is increasing so much that it is difficult to track it so there was the need for such system which could keep track of the medicines. It also stores their consultation fees and their prescription by the doctor. It becomes easy for the receptionist to keep track of the medicines It also maintains the employee’s salaries and expenses. This also helps in running a clinic efficiently and there are online follow-ups also. This software helps to keep track of all the medicines and it allows faster access to relevant information of the which medicines are in stock. It is a user-friendly interactive system which tracks all the details regarding clinic like employee information and medicines information.

Existing system

The existing system was a manual system which requires a lot of paperwork as all the medical records need to be stored in the files and which was very tedious so there was the need for an automated system which could reduce all this and lead to efficient management. With increasing number of patients, it was difficult to track the patients prescription and the medicines they want.

Hence the new system reduces complexity in maintaining patient’s records. So, there was the need for an automated system which could automate all the process and make the clinic run efficiently.

Proposed system

The new system automates the manual procedure of maintaining clinic activities. The doctors can view patients records easily. It also instantly generates the bill and eliminate the need for paper records. The system is convenient and flexible to be used. The new system saves time, resources and effort. There is an administrator who manages all the things of adding patient details and editing it. It helps to generate bills quickly without consuming any time. Once the bills are generated they can be printed.

Online clinic management system Modules

Admin module: This is the administrator module which decides the addition and deletion of all the details like adding users to the system or modifying it. He can add details of staff, patient, and doctors.

Doctor register: This module allows doctor registration by filling his details.

Approve appointment module: In this module, the patient makes the appointment and the doctor has to approve it.

Patient register: The patient needs to register himself with his details.

Payment module: This module is for making payment when patients books an appointment with the doctor.

Online accommodation information system

 

Objective

An online Accommodation Information System is a software developed which allows users to search for accommodations online. It basically allows searching for rented accommodation in particular locality according to different search criteria. This helps customers who come to a new city contact dealers through this system and then they can arrange meetings with the owners. There are different criteria in the system like 3 bhk flat, 2 bhk flat and according to different prices. The customers have to register themselves for searching different rented accommodation and then they will get user id and password according to which they a search for the suitable accommodation for them. Earlier there was no such system so it was very difficult to search for flats in the new city and they have to physically go to brokers offices and then search for property. But this new system automates all the task.

Existing system

In the earlier Accommodation Information System, it was very difficult to search for a rented property as there was no such online system and so it was a tedious effort to do so which required both time and effort. They don’t know anyone in a city which caused many problems so there were many problems in the earlier stem so there was the need of the new system to be developed which could automate all the task of searching for the properties.

Proposed system

This Accommodation Information System was an easy to use system and interactive which every user or customer can easily use to search for the properties. It does not require time and effort as now customers don’t have to physically go to the office and search for properties. It was not a time-consuming process as customers can talk to dealers or owners on phones which required no effort.

Accommodation Information System Modules

• Admin

This is the most important module as this will add so many information like about dealers and properties. It can add edit properties that are to be advertised. It adds information regarding 1 bhk flat or 3 bhk and whether it is an owner or dealer property. It also is responsible for adding information about dealers and verifying their status. It manages approval of properties that will be added to the system and indicate the status of a property.

• Customer module

In this module, the customers have to first register themselves and then can view the property. They have to add different search criteria and accordingly, they will get the search results in the dashboard. It also allows customer s to call the dealers or arrange the meeting with them in a particular time frame.

• Dealer module

In this module, the dealers have to register themselves to post any properties and if the admin approves their requests only then they can post the properties.

They have a dashboard page which will allow them to search for customers interested in their properties.

Apartment Management System

 

The main objective of this application is to help the construction industry users to manage the operations and activities of apartments. This is a simple user interface developed using .net technology. It helps the user to keep track of all the sales, purchases, Billing, invoices, maintenance related information of the different apartments of a particular construction firm. It helps the construction companies to reduce the cost of maintaining these records.

There will be a robust database which stores all the data related to these various apartments, their maintenance related information etc. It helps to keep track of all the payments done by customers towards maintenance advances or purchases etc. This tool will ease the user to manage huge data of different customers who own apartments from the same builder. It will record the date of purchase, the amount paid, the mode of payment. It shall also have the data related to the installment the user has opted for. For the maintenance part of the interface it shall have the data of all the maintenance charges paid by the customers, whether its done quarterly or annually. It also records the mode of payment. It will also hold all the details such as the apartment number, the area of the house (sq. ft.) bought etc.

Existing System

The existing records were manually manged by the resources of the construction company. It was a huge task as they had to maintain a large database of customers who have bought the flats along with their dates, amount paid etc. They also had to manage the data related to the maintenance activities of all the flat owners. It required lot of time and resources. There was no way to find easily when the customer had to pay the installment for maintenance, etc details. The user had to manually search for all the records pertaining to each apartment and then prepare a report of all the outstanding payments.

Proposed System

This is a simple user interface developed using .net technology. The interface helps the user to login through the system and add the details regarding the apartment. The interface takes as input the name of the customer, Phone number, address, the apartment number, Area of the house, Amount per square foot etc. These details are stored in the database. If the apartment is sold to the customer, then these details are stored in the sales tables. It will have a unique sale deed number generated for each of the flats. The interface also has maintenance panel. This panel holds information such as name of the owner, the date of purchase, the maintenance charges to be paid, quarterly or annually, Mode of payment etc. These details are stored in the maintenance tables in the database. The user can query on the database and fetch this information very easily. This interface helps the user to make all these payments regarding maintenance and purchase of flats etc.

Sales details: This module shall hold the details related to the sales of flats in an apartment complex. It includes the name of the customer, Address, phone number, the block name, house number and the area of the house, Amount per square foot details.It has a unique sales deed number generated for each of the house registered.

Maintenance Module: The maintenance related activities are handled by this module. It holds data such as the name of the owner, address, phone number, house number, area of the house registered, quarterly or annual payment of charges, and the amount that has to be paid towards maintenance. It shall also take care of the receipts that needs to be generated for each of the payments.

School Billing System

 

This School Billing System project enables the user to maintain the billing system in schools and helps to print term reports for students. It shall also print reports of the fees payments for students. The teachers shall be able to upload the term reports on to the system. it shall hold the performance reports of all the students. The School Billing System shall allow the teachers to print terminal reports of every student. Each user shall have different access privileges for the system. It is a user-friendly web based system which efficiently takes care of the billing activities of the school.

Existing School Billing System

The existing system did not have the option to track bills or fees payments from students. It was done manually. It was a laborious  task. The system did not have the option toprint the termreports or feepayment reports.All the accounts were maintained manually. It was a difficult task to manage as the schools accommodated large number of students.

Proposed System

This School Billing System will help the user to Pay school bills online and print term reports. There are different types of users like teacher, student and admin. The student shall be able to print reports for the fee paid. He shall be able to print reports of the term specified. The teacher shall be able to maintain the data of each student. The system will also notify the students of outstanding fee payments. This is a simple UI developed using ASP.net and VB.net. The database is managed through SQL server. The back end stores all the details about students which could be accessed by the teacher.

Car Rental System

 

This Car Rental System project is designed to aid the car rental company to enable renting of cars through an online system. It helps the users to search for available cars view profile and book the cars for the time period. It has a user-friendly interface which helps the user to check for cars and rent them for the period specified. They could also make payment online. The rental cars shall be categorized into economy, premium etc. Based on the type of car required by the customer, the user shall be able to make bookings. The use of internet technology has made it easy for the customers to rent a car any time. This Car Rental System makes the bookings easy. It saves time and labor. The tool shall ask the user for information such as the date and time of journey, type of car etc. Also, it will need an identification number. Using these details, the tool shall help the customer to book a car for the journey.

Existing Car Rental System

Car Rental System service will help users to book a car for some fee specified. Till now there was no clear web based UI to help the users to rent the vehicle. They had to manually rent the vehicle through their offices. It was a difficult task to manage rental vehicles. Keeping track of all the rental cars was a problem.

Proposed System

This Car Rental System project will enable the user to rent a vehicle. The user shall login to the system and check for availability of cars. The user specifies a type of car and the journey date and time. The Car Rental System shall check for the availability of the car and rent the car to the customer. The user can make payment online. The tool is designed using VB.net. All the data regarding the rental cars are stored in MySQL database. The user has to enter his name, address, phone details and check for the cars available for rent. The UI is very simple and the connectivity to back end is robust. The main advantage is that the user shall be able to choose a car depending on his budget.

Objectives of the project This Gym Management System shall enable the user to add members to a gym and manage the fee payment of the gym user. It is a very simple interface developed using .net. The user of the system shall be able to add a new gym member. The tool shall add all the necessary details like name, admission date, contact details into the system. The Gym Management System shall also monitor the timings for the member. It shall allow the user to make fee payments. This tool shall hold all the details of gym members. It shall enable the user to make payments monthly, quarterly or annually.

Existing Gym Management System

The existing Gym Management System did not have a user-friendly interface. The details regarding gym members were manually written and recorded. There was no system of paying fees online. The gym members were not notified regarding the fee payment that were outstanding. 

Proposed System

This Gym Management System tool is basically developed to aid the user to add a member to the gym. The user shall be able to add the name, date of birth and contact address of the member. It also records the phone numbers and the height and weight data of the member. It shall have the admission date. It also has an option to check whether the member is new or an existing one. It stores the photo of the member. It shall help the user to know about fee payments. It has the option to select type of fee payments. It could be monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the choice of the member. It also holds the receipt number and the amount of fees paid. It shall also generate reports based on the payment of fees. It shall also enable the user to update information of members. This tool uses .net framework with MS Access as the database. It secures the data of each user. Storage and retrieval of data is fast through these .net tools.System
