The secure LAN communicator will be used to make the communication safe and comfortable. This project will not require the server to work. It will create a chat room with different chat participant. The project will provide efficient use of communication between various departments of an organization. The system will provide robust security to the details shared in the application and the information of the participants. No outside member can use this system until the admin allows. The program will be stable and will provide a very interactive user interface. The users will not require learning about the system.

Existing system

In the present Secure LAN Communicator system, we use Internet for the communication between the employees of an organization or we contact directly to each other. In the web-based communication, there is the high possibility of data loss and unauthorized connection, the result of which may lead to a leak of crucial information. While in the manual communication in which a person make contact in the physical world require a high amount of time. The system which is present is complex and not reliable to use.

Proposed system

When we want to contact between the several departments of an organization, then we can use the system which will not use the internet and hence makes the system secure to use. In the proposed Secure LAN Communicator we will develop an application based on the LAN for the communication. If we use the LAN to establish the connection between the various departments in any organization, then an unauthorized person cannot use this system. The application will provide an easy and user interactive interface so that a person can make the connection without any difficulty and knowledge. A person with little knowledge can easily use this system. To get the access to the program, a user will need to request to the admin.

Secure LAN Communicator Module

The secure LAN communicator project consists of two modules.
Server module: The server module will maintain the details of the user such as login name, passwords. It will give the response to the request of clients. The server module will authenticate the user by matching the user ID and password. Only the admin can change the information in the server module.
Client module: The client module will send the request to the server, to get access to the system. When the client gets authenticate, then it will provide information about users who are online or offline, previews messages, etc. to the user. Then a client can chat and share files with other connected users.

The Pratibha high school management system based on the internet. It will provide various information about the school. A person can get details about the courses that the school offer, while the system will also provide the information like the number of teachers present in the school and their qualification. The student will get benefit from this system as now the students can know about the syllabus, holiday assignments, etc. The teachers can maintain the performance report of the students and can communicate through it even though if they are not present in the class.

Existing System

In the current days, if the parents want to know about the school then they have to visit school, or they ask about it from another person, and due to that, a person cannot get all information related to school as most of the time no one talks about previews performance of a school. The High School Management System also maintains all the information related to faculty and students manually in the paper which creates difficulty at the time of retrieval for any particular information and takes a lot of time. To give any assignment, the teacher needs to present in the class.

Present System

In the Pratibha High School Management System, we will build a system which will help the school to maintain the information of different department found in the school. Any person who wants to take admission for their children need not go to school and can get all the information in the home. The parents will get access to the information about preview performance of the school and can know about each teacher. The teacher can upload the performance of the students to the application so they can keep track each student. The student will get access all the updated information once they will go to the system.

High School Management System Module

In the presented module three module are present.

Admin: The school administration will use this module and will update the information about the school. The admin can view the details of another module can make changes if required. The information will be about the library, fee, laboratory, etc.

Faculty: The teacher will use this module to keep track to the students of the school. The teacher will update the exam performance, external activity of the students. They will provide marks, assignment to the students.

Information: The student and parents will get information from this system. The parents can know about the schools. Whereas, the students will get their academic details.

The gas agency system will automate the booking process of the gas connection. It will allow a client to book the gas through the internet. The gas agency system will be designed with the help of ASP .Net, C# and SQL server. The application will use the internet to provide all the function. If a user does not have the internet, then he/she cannot use this application. The software will have a good interface with the user-friendly environment to provide easy access to the system for the user. The user can get the new connection by use of gas agency system.

Existing system

In the present gas agency system, a user has to call the distributor to book the gas. However, to get a new connection a person have to visit the gas agency. The agency then verifies the document provided by the user. The verification takes time, and due to this, the client has to suffer. The current process is too slow and prone to error. They maintain the user details manually on a sheet of paper which is not a secure procedure to maintain any information. The Person who has gas connection need to keep a diary in which they note the details of each booking, but if it gets misplace than creates a problem.

In the proposed gas agency system, we use the internet to provide the gas service at home. The user can book the gas from our system. This project will also display the status of the current booking. If a user wants he/ she can store the information of the booking so that from the next time they can book the gas in one click. The information will be safe as it will need an ID and password to access the system. The gas agency will also maintain the user information through this scheme.

Module

Admin: The admin will be the person who owns the software. The admin will be authorized by the government and will have access to details of a user of the application.
User: The user will use the application and will access all the features provided in the system.
Distributor: The gas agency will use this module to maintain the consumer’s details.
Connection: This module will help new user to get the connection. The user will need to provide some information to the gas agency through a soft copy. The client can also book a gas connection.
Login: To get the access to the gas agency system the user will need to enter the ID and password.

The main objective of the Auction of Assets project is to automate the bidding process which is done manually. This will remove all the inconsistencies involved in the auction process. Moreover the bidders will be intimated beforehand about the bidding process and products which are to be auctioned. Existing Auction of Assets System

The existing Auction of Assets system is manual driven. A dedicated man power is required for collecting the bids from individual bidder. A lot of time and energy is wasted over looking at each bid and finding out the winner. It becomes lethargic and tedious job. Moreover, the system doesn’t guarantee 100% transparency and authenticity. This seriously questions the credibility of the system. Adding to it, bidder get to know about auction through newspapers only and sometimes bidders aren’t informed in time. So to rule out all the redundancies and inconsistencies caused due to manual bidding system there is an urgent need to automate the system.

Proposed Auction of Assets system

The proposed Auction of Assets system will completely automate the auctioning and bidding process. Any number of products can be auctioned under one roof as the software provides different categories for the products. The user can bid under any particular category of product as requested by the admin. Secondly, the user will be intimated online about the bidding process beforehand and permission will be granted to place the bid. As the bids are placed online, the winner can be declared as soon as the bid closes for that particular product.

The software is two major modules:

1. Admin Module:  Admin is the main controlling part of the software. After providing login credentials, an admin can enter have the access of GUI. He has authority to add the category and intimate the users about bidding process. He can grant or revoke permissions to the users for any asset under the category and all the evaluation of the bidding is done by him. Admin can view all the bid and members information.

2. Member Module: Each member is given username and password through which they get access to the member area. Members will be notified here in case admin has sent a request for a bid. The user will place a bid higher than the minimum bid value set by the admin. A member can edit and update his personal information as well as password.

Objectives of the Online Staff and Student project

The main objective of the Online Staff and Student project is to provide a completely innovative and systematic approach towards staff and student interaction. As the system will be multi-user, each user can access and share the resources allocated. The focus lays on going for an e-learning environment where every student is privileged to search, upload and download any study material related to the course for which he is enrolled. Emphasis has been laid on making the interface more user- friendly so that even a non technical person can use it. This will enhance the existing system by making it more accurate, systematic and free from any inconsistencies.

Existing System

The existing Online Staff and Student system is outdated and redundancy prone. It requires a lot of manual work to find out any information regarding any test conducted or any information related to staff or student. Moreover if there are multiple queries all the effort will be repeated. The current system does not follow any systematic approach or channel for task completion.

Proposed system

There is an urgent need to improvise the current Online Staff and Student system with latest web technologies so as to make the system more systematic, efficient and channelized. Staff can allocate study material to the students with a focus to make them equipped with e-learning methodologies. The proposed Online Staff and Student system will completely automate the staff and student interactions where the students can view their test results with a single click by entering their credentials.

The software has three modules

Admin module: Admin serves as the super user of the Online Staff and Student system. He can login the system by providing the credentials (username and password). He has complete access over all the staff members and the student area. He has full access to all study material provided to the students, any work assigned to the staff members and view the test conducted by staff for students and their results of the test.

Staff module: A staff member can enter the system by properly providing the authentication details i.e. username and password. Otherwise access will be denied. A staff member maintains all the details of the students and study material. Necessary uploads of material are done to enhance the process of e-learning. There are three sub sections provided which are :

Material details: study material is provided by staff member related to the course.
Course details: It lists down all the courses available for e-learning.
Tests: here details are stored regarding the test conducted by staff for students.

Student module: Again students have to provide their username and password to login. They can search any course material they want. They also have privilege to upload, download or view the searched material. Even they have view the results of the test conducted.

The Municipality administration system collects the taxes from the citizen of the country, and each citizen also has to pay the electricity and water bills. All these work happen at the office of the respective department. A person has to visit the office to know about the taxes pending tax and bills. Today, when there are too many tax offices are present, and the user does not have much time to face the problem. So to overcome this issue, we will design an application through which a citizen can know and pay the tax and bills. The system will be based on the web to provide access to software from any location.

Existing system

The present Municipality administration system relies on the manual procedure and requires a man to maintain the public related information. The office contains the detail of tax of each person of the same city in the registers. Therefore, a citizen who wants to pay the tax has to visit the municipal office. The number of department of tax is huge, and a person has to visit the different office to know about the different tax which is nothing but the wasting time. The system is not user-friendly.

Proposed system

The municipality administration system will centralize the tax department. This project will allow a user to know about the tax and it will give access to the function to pay those tax from the system. This system will automate all the work of the municipal department. It will update the information of each person and maintain the information. The system will be web based which will allow a citizen to know about the bills and tax from the home. Now they do not have to waste their time and can do other important work.
