Users will have the facility to select the type of car, search particular car by their brand name. Upon selection of particular type users will able to get their entire details such as rent type, cost for taking a particular car, mileage details in kilometer per hour. Users will have the facility to fill the basic information details such as name, address, total number of family members who will travel through the car, number of days to take service, location to travel etc.

Current System

Under existing system, users do not have the facility of searching a car on the basis of brand name. When customers rent a car, they get the basic details of a particular car such as car name, color, type etc. Admin of the shop have to manually check their register from time to time to get details on car insurance, parts details and purchasing details. Shop owner have to check phone directory to contact to the suppliers. Shop owner do not have the facility of knowing which car require servicing at what time and which parts of it require replacement. Customers do not have the facility of checking license details of a particular car and about their basic details such as image of a particular car, their mileage details, car number and rent of a particular car.

Rental Car management System

This Rental Car management system make processing task easier and eliminates the traditional record keeping process. All information will be available on time whenever and wherever required by the authentic person. Customers will have the facility to add their current travelling locations and due to which admin will have the facility to track their car. Customers can cancel their booking status any time or change their car type and select other one. Customers will also have the authority to change their travelling details. Automatic reminder feature has been added under the admin side through which admin will get live status regarding license, insurance, parts replacement, servicing details for a particular car. Shop owner will able to directly perform business operation with their suppliers by using their shop number, address and contact details and will get the list of suppliers on the basis of parts and accessories type.

University management system will look after all the tasks that are necessary to be performed within a particular university. This system is developed to reduce the paper work which are being performed by the various departments and offices of university and by the students of that particular university. However no system can be successful without human beings and the major task of this system is to eliminate the processing time and produce results on time. Using this system, students of a particular university will able to get all information such as news, events, results, exam schedule, time table routine, sitting arrangements etc online. Students will able to learn various technical courses free of cost which is run by university free of cost. A special portal for student has been introduced which is Alumni Network under which current studying students will able to connect with pass out students of university as able to get their valuable suggestions and help from them. Students will able to fill their exam application form online and make their fee payments online.

For dealing with Admin section, there will be three types of users: – Director, Teachers and University Employees. Each users will have users if and password by using this, these users will able to make successful login to the system. Teachers will able to assign notes and assignments to their students on the basis of course and class, able to check the attendance, Issue exam hall ticket. Admin will have to the authority to manage all the users within their university such as students, teachers and employees.

Existing University Management System

Under existing system, teachers do not have the facility to checking their student’s exam copy online. Students do not have the facility to check their exam copy online and understands where they have make their mistakes. Students have to visit office to get their bonafide certificate, No dues clearance certificate, they do not have the facility to download the e-certificate as per their requirement. Students do not have the facility to read study materials online. Placement department have to issue regular news update for candidates registration to take part in the placement process.

Proposed Project

In this new university management system much of manual processing repetition work has been eliminated data redundancy, save time and storage area. A technique of automatic selection of candidates has been implemented such as for placement department. Placement department have to just issue placement notification and the eligible candidates set by the placement department will automatically selected and list will be prepared. Students will able to check this list and only such candidates will appears whose name are available in the list. Students having low attendance percentage will not get their exam hall ticket. He or She can only able to get hall ticket after making request to the director of the university. Teachers will able to generate provisional e certificate for their students and students will able to see and download using their Id and password.

Book Shop Management System in PHP

 

Book shop management system will help both purchaser and seller to purchase and sell the books in an easy manner. Purchaser will able to search any book on various criteria such as using writer and book name, using ISBN number, using subject wise and many order. He or She can order that particular book, return book, request for any book which are not available in the book shop. Upon placing order, buyers will get an order Id by which they can track their order. Buyers can pay online or select other payment options. To use this system, buyers have to setup their profile first and choose their username and password. Upon successful registration, their username and password will be forwarded to their registered email Id.

                                                                        There will be only admin who will manage this entire system. Admin will be provided with almost all features such as checking sales Invoice, Stock details, Product List, list of books subject wise, Manage customer, Manage suppliers. To make business process easier built in report generation concept has been added which includes generating purchase reports and sales reports, daily business transactions etc.

Book Shop Management System

In the existing book shop management system, search mechanism for buyers has not been so easy as compared to this new system. Users can search books only by the book title name which is not always not feasible. In this system, automatic processing of selected products for purchasing has not been used. When users select their products, their products should automatically added to the basket and upon final confirmation, payments options and confirmed address pop up box appears, but this not happened in the existing system. Returning books facility was not available in the existing system by which customers get confused while placing their orders. If any book was found in the record, they have to leave message to the mailbox for regarding such book and admin has to check that box by clicking on mailbox, which has been eliminated in the current system.

Proposed System 

Advanced features such as Business Information and Database Back Up facility has been added to provide security to the data which has been during entire business operations till date. If any buyers wants to return their book, they have to just click return option in their purchase order number dialog box. Upon clicking admin will get message with red mark in return list and users will able to get the payment if buyers return the book within the limited time set by the admin. With the help of sales invoice admin will able to set price of each book as per their choice and set offers and discount on purchase of particular books. Most interesting is that, admin can manage customers and suppliers details. Using this, admin will able to contact with suppliers directly and able to send offers and discounts news using digital marketing concepts to their customers email Id.

Project Description 

In today’s age managing information is proper way is one of the most important challenge. This process will not only display the exact result but also reduce the processing and retrieving time. Storing and maintaining student records is one of the most challenging task as information of any particular student is share by various department under any particular institutions, colleges, schools, universities etc. So there must be some mechanism to identify the correct person to access that particular data of a particular student. The departments or sections under student information will accessed are: – Transportation, Teaching, Account, Hostel, Canteen, Mess and Library. Student Information System project will also be used for other various purpose such as for laundry billing, stationary billings, medical billings etc. To share data between different persons, there will be three type of users who can access these information’s and they are: – Admin, Teachers and student itself.

                                    Admin will able to add, update or delete teachers and students. It will able to able to add properties and authorities to particular teachers. Teachers will keep track of student attendance, health history, assignment details, exam performance details etc. Student will able to see their basic information’s, fee status, exam results, exam performance, assignment details and many more. If any particular student is not leaving in hostel, then in this case, there home page screen will look different with different functions.

Current Student Information System

Under existing Student Information System project, students do not able to get the facility of online assignment so that student can access their assignment from any location using internet. Current system is not able to record communication between student and teachers. Current Student Information System project is not able to provide a special portal for direct communication between their parents. Students cannot check their bills and verify by itself and list of facilities they have taken by the authority for which they have been charged. Students cannot able to edit or make to changes to their basic information’s. One another important feature that is not present in the current system is :- student information that include its physical information such as its blood group, parents contact number, address, medical details, medical checkup history, recent physical problems faced by the student and medicines taken by the student which can play a vital role during any emergency.

Our Proposed System 

This new Student Information System project is equipped with all new features that are not present under the current system. Another important feature that has been added under this project is facility of providing a special portal for communication between students and their parents. The number of communication in weeks or months between parents and students will be set by the admin. If there will be decline in performance of any student, then an automatic message will be sended to the admin where they can immediate action to improve the performance of a particular student. A forum discussion has also been added which will be used by the students and all the query will be resolved by the institution admin.
