The E-commerce Management System will primarily provide a platform to purchase, sell, distribution of items, product or service through the internet and on some other network. It will provide an option to a customer for the comparison of product with another seller, while a shop is available only at day time the e-commerce is available 24 hours of a day and seven days of the week. The E-commerce Management System will be a huge marketplace as most of the business are going to implement based on the internet.This system will provide the detailed description of the products to users so that they can compare to the different product and will by the one which is more suitable to them.

The problem with the e-commerce system

The E-commerce Management System has various flaws in it as because of which most of the people don’t use the system even though it has several advantages over traditional stores. The biggest problem is that it takes at least a day to deliver a product to the customer. While some other issues are a duplication of the product means the product is shown on the web some time differs with the original product due to which next time that customer go to buy the product through the traditional type of store.

Proposed system

The E-commerce Management System has many advantages, compare to traditional store as one can compare the cost of a product with other e-commerce websites, and if a user dislikes any product he/she can return it. While we can make use of the current technology to overcome the problem with the existing system. The E-commerce Management System companies can use a flying robot, so when a user places an order, the company will send the product through the robot. The robot will find the user by using the GPS, and in this way, we can reduce the time to deliver a product. While before sending a product the e-commerce company will check the product that it is same or not with the requested order.

Registration
In order to use the system the users will need to register in the system, and for registration, they need to provide various information related to them such as name, address, etc.
Search bar
This provides users with an option through which they can search the product they want to purchase.
Cart
After selecting a product if the user wants to purchase it, later they can save the product in the cart.
Check out
Through this module, the user can place their order and can choose preferred method for payment.
Purchase history
This will show the purchase done by the user in the past.

The online exam system internet based online portal which establishes a virtual interface between the Institute and the student for an exam. This system will save the time as it provides the function to take an online exam of the number of students at a time which reduces the time for printing the question paper. The Online Exam System will be beneficial for both a student and the Institute. As the student will get the result from the system and it will reduce the work of an Institute for conducting the exam. The system will not limit to any particular institute and can be used by any number of Institutes.

Existing system

The main problem with the current Online Exam System is that it uses lots of paper to keep the records. Which increases the problem in storing that many hard copies as the place to keep them are limited. Publishing of results of a large number of students requires the high amount of time, and it is a slow process. While there some software is present, which can take the exam online, but as it is the software it requires to download the software into the Online Exam System which takes some work during installation. But any Institute takes the exam once in three months. It is a waste to give time for installation also it constraint the Institute to conduct the exam on those systems only. As the software requires installation in each system the cost required is high.

Proposed system

The Online Exam System is an internet based project so it will not require downloading a software into a system and institute can use it directly from the web. The institute will only need to register on the website then they can conduct the exam. At the time of conducting the exam they need to provide the details of the student, so when a student takes the exam, he/she will enter this information into the system. The student will get the result of the exam just after the closing of the exam.

Admin
The admin will be the host of the website, it has control over all the functions available in the system.
User
The user module is subdivided into the different sub-module:

Institute registration: It will provide an option for registration of any Institute.
Institute login: From this, an Institute can access the system by entering the ID and password provided during registration.
Entering exam details: Through this institute will upload the question, information about the number of students and will provide the instruction to follow during the exam.

The main purpose of developing this Attendance Management System software is to make a web-based system to maintain the attendance of employees in the organizations. This Attendance Management System software will generate the report of each employee from different department of the organization at the end of the month. So this will eliminate the traditional way of maintaining the attendance and will provide an easy and efficient way of maintenance. The Attendance Management System will reduce the time taken of the worker required to keep the details of attendance of employees. The attendance will be taken directly on the system on a daily basis.

Existing system

In the present Attendance Management System, the organization records the attendance on the register which will evaluate at the end of the month. The evaluation process is done by the use of a manual process, so the overall system consumes too much time on some simple task like maintenance of attendance and the generation of the reports. The working procedure of the current system is not a user-friendly process, and at the end of the year, there is lots of paper where it ‘s hard to retrieve any information from them. While in the manual process one of the major problems is that there is the huge possibility of error.

Proposed system

In the present Attendance Management System, everything will be computerized so the maintenance of details will become simple. The software will be graphical based which will make the system user-friendly as anyone can use the system by following the options provided in the system. The generation of the reports will become easy as a person can generate by some simple click and as the system is computer-based the generation of the report is possible in the middle of the month. The Attendance Management System will save time as well as the cost of maintaining the attendance.

Administrator module
This leader of the organizations will be the admin of the system. They will allocate an ID and Password to the staffs of the organization and will add or delete any worker from the system. An admin can check the attendance of any staff anytime. The admin will generate the report at the end of the month
Staff module
From this module, each staff will provide the information about their presence in the office and can check the previous reports. The worker will use the system by providing the ID and password they got at from the admin at the time of registration into the system.

While in the organization, it requires an extra person to maintain the information related to the candidates, it also a cumbersome process to check the details of each candidate by the HR.

Proposed system

The proposed Job Portal System is internet based so it can be accessed from any place and will be a useful tool to maintain the data related to any person. This Job Portal System Project will keep the data of a job seeker into the system, and when an organization needs the candidate with required skill, it will show the candidate profile to the HR of that organization, Once the candidate will be shortlisted by the organization it will notify about it to the candidate. In that way, it will help both the organization and the job seeker to get the right job with correct skill.
