We want to develop an online e-voting machine system so that the complexity which is there in the present voting system and the cost is associated with it will be reduced. This e-Voting Machine System will help a voter to submit their vote even though they are not in their locality which helps the voter to participate in the voting. This e-Voting Machine System will also be helpful for election commission for counting of votes, and they can check the status of the percentage of votes submitted in any voting booth. This will also improve the security of each vote so which will avoid the illegal polling.

Existing system

The e-Voting Machine System we were using works on the manual method which creates difficulty for a voter to vote. There are many flaws in the current system such as illegal polling, time consumption in counting the votes, paper waste, a person who is out of the village or city due to some work can’t give their vote. While the information of all the voters is maintained in the paper, it is a very difficult task to retrieve the details of each voter and delete the name of a voter who is dead.

Proposed system

This e-Voting Machine System project will reduce the complexity involved in the present system by maintaining the voting process on the web based application. The individual voter can vote for their respective candidate through this system, the machine will then add the votes of that candidate and will keep it on the server. The result of which the time required to count the votes is less. As the data is stored on the server and all the process is based on the internet, it will reduce the paperwork. As to vote a person will need to enter the details like an ID and Password in the system so that the illegal polling can be avoided.

Admin
The administrator will have control over all the parts of the system excluding voting. The admin will have control to create any new nominee or can delete it. This will provide the user ID and password to a new nominee.
User
This module is divided into several sub-modules and these modules are:
Login
The voter can use this module by entering the ID and password provided at the time of registration.
Registration
The user will register with the system by providing some basic details to the admin.
Candidate details
By using a user module a voter can know about the candidate to whom they are thinking to submit the vote.

The main objective of this Online Shopping System project is to make an internet based online shopping store system which provides vendors to make an online shop through which a customer can buy any product. The aim of designing this type of system is to manage the product in any shop and to provide an effective way to sell the product by helping the customers to purchase it without having them in the store. This Online Shopping System can be used by anyone, a small store or a multinational company and as the system is online based it can be used from remote locations.

Existing system

The Online Shopping System which is available requires a customer to visit the shop manual and to choose the items from the shop. As the system requires a manual visit of a person, it consumes time and is not a user-friendly process. The customer who went shopping must know the details of the product which he/she want to buy. Otherwise, it will be difficult to identify the product as there are various similar looking products available. The shop will be out of reach from the distant customers and hence loose the customers.

Proposed system

The Online Shopping System will manage the items on the web and provide products to the customer online without a physically appearance of that customer. The system will contain all the items in one place, so users need not to go to the different shop. As the Online Shopping System is web based so the distant user from the shop can also get the item and the vendor can cover the wide place to sell. A user can choose from the different products, can make online payments and will get the products at the doorstep. This will reduce the time consumption in the purchase of different items, make the system efficient and user-friendly.

The system has following modules:
Administrator
The administrator will have access to all the functionality of the system. It can access the information of all other users and the product. The administrator will be the owner of the shop. He/she can add or delete any user from the system.
Moderator
The moderator will be staffed working in the shop, it will be used for managing the order. The moderator will make sure that the order has delivered or not, will inform the admin if any item is not available.
User
The user will be the customer who will buy the product from the shop. The user needs to register in the system for accessing it.

The objective behind developing this Online Library Management System project is to build a system which can maintain the work of the library on the web based application. This software will contain the features by using of which the library becomes smart and any user will get the information regarding the library instantaneously. This will help the librarian in maintaining the detail of available books in the library while a student can check the availability of the required books. The Online Library Management System project will be web based so the user can access the details of books without going to the library.

Existing system

In the available Online Library Management System, librarian maintains the details of each book on the registers so to find out the number of books available in the library they need to go to check the entire entry which makes the process slow. While they need to spend an extra hour to maintain the records of books. For a student who wants to know about a book in the library need to search the entire book section. The student needs to check the status of the book means the last date of book, how many books has issued.

Proposed system

The proposed Online Library Management System project will help the students and librarian to maintain the details of the library. It will assist the librarian before the shortage of books while they can know the details of the number of currently available in the library according to the author by accessing the system. A student can view the details of the book issued by them, and the system will notify the students about the last date of submission of books. At the time of issue of a book, the student will get assisted by the system about different authors of a similar book so that they can get the best available book from the library.

Admin module
This module will be the most important part of the system as it will validate the new students, will add the teachers to the system, will add the details about new books into the system, will generate the report of the work.

Student module

The student module further divides into several other modules:
Student registration: By use of this module a student can connect to the system. The student will need to enter the information related to is him, and then they will get an ID and password.
Login: Through it, the student can access the system just they have to enter the ID and password they got at the time of registration.
Book management: this module will help the students to maintain the details of issuing a book.

There are various social networking sites are available from the year 1997, but the popularity of the social networking has increased since 2005. Even though the current Online Social Networking Website have many tools which enhanced the user experience they fail to provide security of an individual on the web. Some person randomly sends the friend request to anyone while any person can view the profile of the other. The current Online Social Networking Website is one of the major platforms where a user gets assaulted.

Proposed system

The proposed Online Social Networking Website system will use the database for each user and will monitor the status of the user so if any user will abuse any other person on the site, then it will block that user and if anyone views the profile of another user then it will notify that user about the user who is looking the profile so if a user will report that someone has tried to edit or download the private documents of the user than the person who had tried will not allow using their own profile.

The admin will be the person who will maintain the entire system and will have the power to control the full system. It can view the report sent by the user and can see the details of any user connected to the system. He/she can block a user from accessing the site.
User
The user will get the access to the system only when he/she is registered with the networking site. The user can register to the site by providing details of other networking sites or by providing the details of the system. A person will send a friend request, will accept the request and can send the message by use of this module.

The bus is one of the most used transportation systems in any country, so in order to make the system more efficient, we are developing a system which will help the user in accessing the service. The Bus Ticket Reservation System is a web-based system which provides functions such as information about the ticket availability, buy a ticket, choose the seat number. While a user can cancel the ticket online, can make the inquiry about the timing of the bus. The user can access the system directly from the web and there will no need of any download in the system.

Existing system

In the present Bus Ticket Reservation System, the work is maintained by the manual process, so the user needs to contact the person related to each branch for the inquiry to get the details such as the schedule of a bus, seat availability, bus facility, cost, etc. In the current Bus Ticket Reservation System, the time is limited by the working hour of the branch and the person who want to buy the ticket has to go to the branch. The company keeps all the records related to bus ticket manually to calculate the income which is not an easy process. While there will be a probability of error in calculation.

Proposed system

The Bus Ticket Reservation System will provide an easy way to access the information of any bus. By use of this system a user can check the ticket availability, can know the time of bus departure, will get the notification if the bus is late. While it will provide options such as a user can buy the ticket online, can make payments, can cancel the tickets. As the ticket is online generated it cannot be lost while the user can access the system 24 hours and seven days in a week which make the system user-friendly. It will also manage the information of the user and the bus expense so that a company can use these to analyze the profit from it.

Login: Through it, the customer can access the system and can change the password.
Registration: Through this, any new user can connect to the system.
Update Bus information: Through it, a customer will get the information about the change in time of the bus, while an admin can change the location of the tour, bus description, etc.

User: the user will be any person who wants to buy a ticket, want information about the bus and use the transportation system.

The school management system is a web-based system which will use as a platform for interaction between student, teachers and parents. While the main objective of this project is to computerize the paperwork in the system and automate the work. The computerization is done so that the storage of all the details regarding students and teachers will be stored in the system which makes system centralized and the chance of duplication of any data is minimized. While by doing automation to the system will reduce the time for storing any data in the system.

Problem with existing system

In the present School Management System, it is uneasy to store the information related to students, faculty and parents on the paper. As there is too many information when someone tries to access any of stored information it becomes a difficult and time-consuming task. While these days parents and faculty have more work than just take care of students it is difficult for both parents and faculty to monitor them. Whereas the storing and retrieving an information is a difficult task, it also requires much amount of unnecessary worker to do the task.

Proposed system

The school management system will manage all the work in any school in particular order so that the time requirement and complexity of the system will be reduced, at first it will focus on student related information. As a student gets the admission in the school system will start managing the details regarding the students. It will manage the fee details, and if the full payment has not done, then it will notify about the fee to a staff of the school. School Management System will then display the date of the test and when the test completes it will display the results of the students. While the parents can use it to monitor their children’s performance, also they can contact with the teachers.

Faculty
This module contains the information of a teachers, librarian, accountant.
