Library Management System project in C++

Project Objective

As from the name above “library management System” means the system will be responsible to manage all the records of the library. Under system library there are various attributes upon which the system will be work by integrating all the modules with the aim of achieving the common goal which is make processing work smoother and simpler. Library management system will have different type of users so to make a secured system, there will be three type of users by which this system will be used and these three users will be admin, members and students. Only admin have will have the pre installed admin id and password by which these can be changes while running this program by its admin. Admin will have the authority to add members and their login time and session up to which they will allowed to use this system. Admin will have the responsibility of issuing book, receiving it, making fine statements for the defaulters, making entry for new books. All the modification work such as adding and making correction, deleting of books, student records will be done by the admin of this library management system. There will be number of modules which has been provided under this system by which its user will able to get results whenever they are in need of it. This system will able to provide details of issuing and deposited books date wise, it can restrict the number of books can be issued by each student, list of all books available in the library and their stock details, listing of books category wise. Searching of books can be done using various parameters such as by entering the author names, vendors, publishers, subject wise. It will help students to easily locate the book under the library by giving details of their location which will save their time.

Existing System

In the previous system, there was only a single common login module by which it was not able to make differentiation between the admin and working staffs. As the authority which has been provided to the admin was also used by the working staffs which is not good for modern library environment. Even students get the list of book of their demand by using search option but it was very hard for them to check out their location and finally they have to take help of library staff members to get their books. Existing system was only able to store and maintain information of books, so a file has to be maintained for every students who are taking the facility of library.

Proposed System

As this new library management system will store records under different files, so it will able to identify the type of users and redirect the window location to their particular section were they are bound to perform operations based on the available options for such category. In this new system it will tell to the students and working staffs where the particular book available if such book available under the library hall. It will provide book location information in the format of book number, rack number and row number. To make an interactive system graphics has been used to display each section by which its users will able to identify easily and use it as per their requirements.

Railway Ticket Reservation System in C++

 

 

Project Objective

Railway Ticket Reservation System  will help the passengers to book their tickets for their journey, search train between two stations and get details of particular train schedules including their fare details. To use this system, its users should be registered and should have a valid login and password to make their reservation. Even if users who have not their valid login id and password can make new registration and get their id and set password as per their choice. The main objective of this login module is to keep each passengers safe which will not allowed to make fraud and make their transactions secure. After making registration passengers have to enter the source and destination station name and the system will able to provide the list of all available trains for particular destination and their arrival and departure time and date. Upon selecting particular train, system will able to display the number of seats available under particular coach type and coach will be either sleeper class, three tier or two tier. To book their tickets passengers have to select coach type and total number of passengers and passengers will be provided with choice to select the seat numbers as per their location and their location also such as upper birth, middle birth or lower birth or seat chair. When all the selection work will be done, passengers will be provided with total fare charges and mode of payment which they want to select for making final payment.

Existing System

Under existing Railway Ticket Reservation System  passengers were only provided with list of trains between two stations and train number is only the available information by they can take an action. Under existing system passengers were not able to get information on their arrival and department and route by which particular train will travel. Passengers were only able to select the seat number and not provided which seat type they want to select and this sometimes not creates a familiar environment during their journey. During making payment final validation and authorization was one by system to identify the particular passengers to make deduction for their fare charges to make final reservation.

Proposed System

Under this new Railway Ticket Reservation System , each passengers will go through the two steps identification and authentication process. The first checkup will be done at the login time and second checkup will be done during making the final confirmation of their payments. During making payments, passengers have to enter their email id and contact number and these information will be matched from the passengers file, if matched they were provided to get reservation details and equivalent amount will be deducted from their account. Only admin with read, write and modify privileges will be able to access the file information directly and change as and when required.

School Management System Project in C++

 

 

Project Objective

School management system will be responsible for performing various actions such as maintaining and managing student records, managing admission details and setting admission criteria for admission into various stream for particular classes, managing users who are working within the school, preparing time tables and routines for the studying students and teachers, providing online assistance help for the studying students, keeping parents records and health records of students for future references. All these tasks can be achieved easily through this new school management system. As system has been developed by divining into several modules so maintenance work can be easily carried out without the need of technical assistance.

To work with this system each users will have its unique id and password through which they access this particular system. To manage and integrate various modules and to eliminate the concept of data redundancy each modules will have data sharing property with other modules as and when required. For each module there will be unique for each of their members such as family details of a particular students, student records, staff members details, student class relationship, teacher, class and student relationship etc. The main reason for providing unique id for each member of a particular module is to developed a medium of fast identification to make our coding more optimized for better performance.

Existing System

Under the existing system there was no any medium to make direct communication between parents and administration. To inform about status and study reports to particular parents of a particular student, administration have to write letter to make them inform. Students have to check their notice board to get information about details about their routine, exam time tables, about their results and marks scored in particular exam subject wise. Working employees and staff members have to visit their bank to check their payment confirmation monthly.

Proposed System

Through this new school management system all the work has been made automated and replacing the process manual work load. Through this new system, all working employees will able to check their payment status and total number of working days or we can say their attendance and deduction made from their salary and for what purpose. Students will able to check their results, time tables and routines by going through their student dashboard. Administration will able to send direct messages to the parent’s inbox by using their id and parents will check those messages and apply directly to them.  This system will able to display notices and news or events which is going to be held in their campus.

Student Management System Project

 

 

Project Objective

Student Management System Project as the name indicates will be used for managing students records will be used for various purposes. Accepting correct data will results in generating the desired output in correct format without any delay. So this system has been enabled with validation data checkup while entering the data and before saving it to the particular file. Students will also able to check their data and modify their basic information as per their requirements. As each institution has various department which will used student records in order to carry out their task, so integrating task and sharing data among department can be easily achieved. There will be only admin who will have to authority to make changes and modification while using this system. Admin will able to perform activities like, adding student records, modifying and deleting existing records, allowing authority to access particular section of student data by different departments. Admin can make changes or modify the fee structure and payment statements. This Student Management System Project system will provide admin to make auditing process easier and facility to calculate direct and indirect taxes for their institutions. To make a secure system automatic logout process has been enables and whenever the admin section will be inactive for 30 minutes, it make automatic logout and taken to the main screen which is provided for the general users. To perform admin work, users have to select admin panel and provide their id and password to access this section.

Existing System

Existing Student Management System Project system work on the concept of manual system while file sharing is to be done between working department to carry out their tasks. As file system has been used to maintain records for each students, so each department also have to separate file for each tasks such as information of payment of fees by each students, library records, book records, physical records of each students, accessories and teaching tools used within the institution. Making final audit report is not an easy task and this task has to be achieved by the outside financial institution to prepare their financial report for particular business session.

Proposed System

Apart from maintaining and processing student records this new system has also been facilitated with financial solutions to make business task easier. As each student will have a particular id and password by which they can access their basic information along with fee structure and payment details. If any students do not able to pay their fees on time, such students will be fined and added to their next month fee account. It will also display a remainder on each student’s dashboard for depositing fees on particular date and the amount which is to be paid. Admin will have the full authority to add features and disable it as per their requirements.

Market Billing System project

 

This project aims towards centralizing the process of maintaining and controlling various details about an institute or organization such as accountant details, salary details, personal information about student as well as their payment details. The system is useful for firm which has its branches at different locations. In a scenario as this the information becomes decentralized with this situation the management of information in the traditional way becomes time consuming and also the productivity of such method stood to be low. Moreover the real time access and modification of detail residing at different location is not possible not to mentions the great deal of human effort required to finish this task. However the proposed system removes the mentioned drawbacks from the process of handling this type of data and introduces many advantages over the traditional way.

Our Proposed System

The proposed Market Billing System is a web application developed using technologies like JSP, JavaScript, servlet, Html and Ajax. Being a web application first advantage is it has the access of information anytime anywhere for the same purpose a database is created using JDBC which contains all the information about accountants and students as well as admin who are using the system all  the information is managed through database thus despite of branches being in different location they can manage the information as they please.

Features of New Market Billing System 

The Market Billing System is mainly used by admin of the institute and by accountant at each branch. The application implies a pleasant look and feel suitable to each type of user with ease of operations. Every user has its different set of credentials to access the system and different set of duties to perform. The application facilitates the user by allowing them to create new accountant details, update it as well as delete it if necessary. The institute has many branches thus it also facilitates us to search accountant details branch wise. The details of students with their payment details can be managed the same way as above the user in charge of this operations are the accountant at different branch

The Market Billing System application drastically changes the way of information handling than the old school method also giving it more accuracy, higher control over data flow, great service and better access. It also allows user to generate various reports in different formats and also has different browser compatibility and support. By atomizing and centralizing the whole process of information management the applications shows higher rate of productivity.

Banking System Project

 

The main objective of this Banking System Project which is developed in c++ is to provide a flexible solutions for banking industry. With this Banking System Project both type of users such as bank customers and working personnel of the particular bank will find easy to use and able to perform all their operations using this system. This system enable its users to open and close the bank account. Customers will able to withdraw and deposit amount to their particular account. It will also able to generate transactions on money for particular customer account.

Working personnel of the particular bank will make to make all the operations which are required within the banking premises. The operations which can be performed by the bank personnel are: Adding new customer account, edit existing customer account, list all customer details including their account number, able to generate daily and monthly business transactions report etc. Its user friendly graphical mode will made its users to work with this new system in more interactive way.

To perform operations such as adding customers account, a particular form will be appear under all fields should be entered correctly. If there will be any error while entering the data, system will not accept those values and its data will not be saved in the file.

Existing System

Existing banking system do not provide a user friendly environment to work the system. Existing system is not developed in such a way which can be easily handled by the end user. Under this system, users are not able to generate transactions statement and this system was not developed in such a way that it can be used by their customers also. This system does not uses the concept of authentication and validation before using the system and thus security measures was a major issue under the existing system. Under existing system, the concepts of graphics was not implemented and thus all processing was done by entering certain command which cannot be used by the end users and proper training given to the working personnel of the particular bank.

Proposed System

This new Banking System Project has the potential to perform all the activities which are required to make a successful bank. This interactive system will able to provide customers all the information just by single click. Even working personnel will also able to make their query and able generate results as per their requirement. This new system has unique authentication and validation which will identify the type of users and as per that, it will provide particular working screen for particular users by which confidentiality can be maintained and do not get prone to any errors.
