Project Objective

Internet banking as the name indicate providing all features of banking using the power of internet. It as secure web based system which makes your banking transactions easier. This system will have two login panel: one for the banking personnel and one for the bank customers. Banking personnel will have different categories like manager, IT operations, clerks and admins. Customers will be provided with all functionality which are needed in today’s modern age.  Apart from the banking transactions, this system is going to provide other extensive features using third party application. Using this banking system, customers will able to make their bill payments online, recharge their mobiles online and much more.

Existing System

In the existing system, there was no provision of sending transferred amount details to the receiver email account. Existing system was only able to transfer account to their existing bank customers only and not to others bank account which is the requirement of today’s banking environment. There was no facility of collecting amount for customer’s account using internet. Customers were bound to check their balance and transactions details and making transfer within their bank premises. To make industry oriented payment system, batch processing payment initiation was not available, thus cannot be used for corporate culture.

Proposed System

This new internet banking system is going to provide numerous banking solutions using one platform. Using this internet banking system, customers can make their bill payments, add and remove vendors for scheduled money transfer, can check their balance along with mini statement, monthly and weekly and yearly transactions, can transfer amounts to other bank accounts, can categories payments and make batch processing fund transfer for commercial purpose. To use their account by customers, their id and password will be provided by admin. Among all, one new specified has been used, which will make each users account and password secure and cannot be theft even if its hacked.       

                          This new access specified, represents all passwords and account details as null and specially meant for banking solutions.  This system also provide you electronic cheques clearance and submission system.  Among many, you can also query for term deposits and investments, fixed deposits etc.

Existing System

Today’s basic requirement under airline management system are passenger service system and revenue management system which were not available in existing system. As per cutting throat business environment, customers and organizations need to be update with each and every aspects. Existing airline management system control panel was not so advanced which can make frequent updation by using predefined rules, thus human intervention needed to make information updates every time. There was no comprehensive management tool, which can helps 3 tier management architecture to work in co-ordination and gain maximum profit. Because of lacking in analysis, cost effective solutions were not provided to customers, thus not able to make maximum profits.

Proposed System

It’s the airline management system which has been developed keeping in view to provide complete airline solutions. To make reservation process easier and easily under stable to customers, flights and the details will be displayed using dedicated icons which can be easily under stable. As far security is concern, the transactions and accession will be based on concept of network access thus used advanced API to make E-Booking system flexible.                                        It’s the system which having appropriate distribution channel by which, organization can expand their business region. There are lot more features has been added to make an effective airline management system and some of these are: web based internet booking system, proper authentication and validation to use correct data and eliminate the costly searching process. More optimized code with latest technologies including inventory control and payment system to make working process easier.

Online Exam System in Java

 

Project Objective

Online exam is the way to conduct exams from any location for any organization, either it may be for competitive examinations, government examinations, practice test etc. This system has now become a boon for remote areas with less investments and minimum efforts. To interact with this system, candidates who will appear for the online exam should have a valid login id and password. Among features available in previous system, some now features has been added like resuming the examination, session authentication, checking out results at the same time with correct and incorrect answers given. A special pop up window will be appear to display questions and side bar menu with red and white buttons will display which questions has been solved and which are not under particular section.

Existing System

Previously, there was no proper authentication and validation methods were used. Registration process was given to the appearing candidates and after completion of registration process, they can appear for examination. There was not proper checking process on the basis of marks and age to create a suitable system for large organizations. Students who were appeared for exam, were not allowed to check out their results on the spot and sending examination results privately to appearing candidates registered emails.                                                                                                                                                                          There was no provision of displaying random questions on each system, thus all appearing candidates getting the same questions, which doesn’t fit for competitive environment. The admin panel were not provided with all functionality to meet their need like searching questions, adding questions with images options, disallowing and mouse and other devices options while giving exams and much more. Among many demerits, one was giving unique id for every candidates images and their connection with results and appearing tests.

Proposed System

This new online exam system will eliminate the tedious work of admin like making eligibilitycheckup at startup of registration process, to eliminate in eligible candidates. Using admin panel, it can perform various functions like adding questions along with images, using special html functions to provide the drag and drop answers functionality, match the following facility and even much new features. Admin has given almost all powers like checking results, sending private messages through emails, setting exam pattern and questions levels, search, update and delete questions.                                                                                                                                                             If used the power of unlocking system for particular date and time, then candidates can only appear for exam on particular date and time. Each candidates will get different questions using the concept of random function. Candidates will able to solve questions section wise and if any problems occurs, then exam will be resumed automatically. At last after completing their exam, candidates can check their results immediately.

Modules

1. Admin Login Panel: – Using this panel, admin can login to its home page and perform all their activities which has been assigned to them like adding questions, search candidates, allow or disallow candidates, give customizable to displaying result page, set examination pattern and maximum duration and much more.
2. Candidates Login and Registration Panel: – If new candidates, in such case, they can use registration tab to enter their basic information for eligibility checkup and if passed, they will receive their id and password to their registered email. Using their id and password, they can appear for their exam and check their results after completion of exam.

Under the previous existing system, there was no provision of managing the design and display panel. These two sections cab be treated as the core heart of advertising agency. Previously the system was not properly wired framed thus mobile optimization was not possible. Its old editor was not able to provide facility of website promotion and latest trends like animation and inclusion of motion graphics for business attraction purpose. Under previous system, the powerful UI for designing purpose has not been used and the administrative panel was not provided with all features to handle all tasks easily.

This new advertising agency application will help to reach maximum number of persons through its online engagement features. To make them more under stable and stay connected, it’s the advertising agency which has used the integration of youtube videos and PPT sliding features. With the cost effective technology solutions developed in modules, it’s easier to handle and manage. This system is self-explanatory from every portions because of its excellent user interface. There’s a lot of functionality which makes HR works easier and some of these are: Leave section where employees can apply for leave online, HR can categories employee list based on leave types, employees can submit their medical certificates for leave verifications etc. Admin of the system can add fields and their data entry types using graphical interface, managers can check the working performance of different managers and add reviews for top management purpose.

                 Apart from all, the most important is the time sheet which the admin and managers can prepare for their employees. This system will help the managers to keep attendance of employees, make employees reports, attendance summary and much more. The managers can get info on work for their customers’ requirements and make mathematical calculations to meet their requirements on time using online business calculator.
