We want to develop a web based application which will provide an automated way to maintain the information for visa processing. This Visa Processing System will speed up the time required to get the visa while the software is mainly used for applying for the visa also, it will store the information for the future transaction. Hence this software will be helpful to get the visa and the information related to visa in reduced time.

Existing system

In the Visa Processing System which is present, works on a manual basis and it does not provide an effective visa processing system. As the process is manual the there are a lot of registers present, which decrease the accuracy in the information to be stored and increases the cost to store the details while the time required to access the information also increased. For maintaining these many registers and accessing the information requires a high amount of manpower which again increases costs in the overall process.

Proposed system

The visa processing system will increase the efficiency of the system by automating the visa processing task. This will increase the speed of accessing the details regarding the visa with reduced amount of error in the information. The system will most beneficial to an organization which has a number of clients in another country as they need to store the details of each employee for applying the visa. The visa processing system will manage the information on the behalf of the organization and will notify once the visa is approved. Hence the system will provide an effective means to manage the information and to apply for a visa, an organization can also make online payment through the system for visa and can check the status of the visa. If due to any reason the visa is not approved it will provide a solution for visa approval.

Admin module

The admin will be a manager or HR executive of the organization, it will have the control over the number of users who can access the system. The admin can apply for visa renewal and can access the details regarding visa approval.

On-site data module
This contains the details regarding the date of issues of visa, the date of flight, for how many days visa has issued.

Report handler module

This will provide the information related to the person who went to abroad, the progress in the work, the status of visa.

The enterprise needs someone who can transport their goods to another place with safety and on time.  If the goods won’t reach at the time then the business can be lost as the enterprise will not give the transport management to him again.

A good Enterprise Fleet Management System between the customer, transport person and enterprise will provide the smooth transportation of any items. So our enterprise fleet management system will make the overall work flawless and will provide higher profit to the system. This system will manage the automobile from the starting to end of the transportation. So it will increase the profit by decreasing the time required and the cost needed by the system. The fleet management system will combine transportation, execution, and planning. This will enhance the efficiency of the overall system by empowers more extensive supply.

Existing System

In the present time, the system is available works with the manual process that is on the paper. The transportation information is noted down on the paper each time which is a very tedious process as to maintain these many registers each day. As the enterprise will extend it becomes harder to maintain. So there is a need of a computer based system which can maintain all these things with ease. The Enterprise Fleet Management System will reduce the overall complexity in it and will provide a great solution. The software will monitor on the problem with the system and will provide coordination among all the tasks. It will provide automatic bill generation, storing the system information and providing the solution in case of emergency. While the Enterprise Fleet Management System will not only monitor the vehicles on the system but can be used for some other purpose such as maintain the salary information of staff, quantity of goods transported, and the cost expense of transportation.

Enterprise Fleet Management System Modules

The Enterprise Fleet Management System will need two basic module in order to run fluently one is administrative and other is a user, in the administrative module, the transport manager will have an access. The transport agent can track the automobile and can maintain the various other work such as the number of staff is working, Which vehicle will be sent next and the timetable of each work. While the user module can view the status of the goods. They can contact the client directly through the system and when there is some problem the transportation can be canceled from the system itself. The main aim of this project is to develop a communication system which will work in a similar way as the conference on a telephone, where one person will say and other listen. But while in phone conference the cost is more, the global communication media will provide low-cost communication around the world.

This Global Communication system can be used by persons from the same organization, as the organization has their branch in the different location so they face problem on contacting to them and sending the information at a time to all the branch. Through this Global Communication system they can do an online meeting, conference, business undertaking of organization and colleagues can get instructions from the higher authorities. In the present time if an organization want to conduct a conference then they need to book a hall or they will conduct in their conference hall. But some organization has their branch in all over the country or in the entire world. So for the conference the worker from the organization come to attend the conference which can be very risky as today at so many place strikes are going on and also it is a time-consuming process.

The conference can be setup by using LAN but again it will increase the chance of malicious activities in the system. Even though security is enhanced the setup of LAN connection is not an easy process. There is some software are present who give similar control but they are very expensive to use. Through the global communication system, an organization can conduct conference, meetings, and provide the future update. The system can be used for sale and purchase the products, This Global Communication product will maintain information of all workers and clients and will notify about any update. The global communication system will be useful for anyone who conducts conference as it reduces time and cost of both the management and the receiver.

Global Communication Modules

This Global Communication software work on two modules admin and client. In the admin module, a person will have control to edit or delete any user from the system. The admin can conduct conference, start meetings, view details, send updates, change schedule. The admin will be directors, chairman of an organization. While in the client module a user can accesses to the system if they have unique ID and password provided by the admin, and the user can attend conference, meeting. The client can send the private message to the admin related to purchase, sell, and provide updates on the day to day work of an organization.

System Requirements

In order to build such system, the software requirements are windows, ORACAL, Tomcat 5.0, JavaScript, JDBC, JSP, J2SDK 1.4.2. while the hardware requirements are Pentium 4, 512 MB RAM, 20 GB hard disk.

The main aim of this Help Desk System is to develop a software which can provide the solution for all problem send by the workers of an organization. This Help Desk System will also track the issues raised by the employee so they can check whether their problem is solved or not. It will provide the user a standard system in which they can raise any problem in an organization and find the solution which has already has happened. The intention is to make a software which will give an option to colleagues to raise any problem in the system. The problem will be sent by message or email to the HR person.

The problems which can be raised are budget, allowance, assets, plea, contract, co-workers related issue, guidance, improvements, jobs etc. This type of Help Desk System will reduce the work in the HR department and will help in accessing the details regarding the problem in any organization and it will also help in the future problem.

Existing System

In the present time, the tracking of any issue is not an easy process as some need to write down each and every problem on paper. The HR person will first divide the problem into the different category based on the department or type of problem. To create new details in the system through manual process is a very tedious process as one need to write it and then maintain the information, to update the details, and hence the sending or receiving a single information a person need to do taught work which also a time-consuming process. In manual help desk system, there is a lot of probability of errors.

While in the proposed Help Desk System all the data is given to the automatic HR help desk system. At the time of sending itself, it will arrange all the problem according to the department and type of issues raised. It will track the issue so a person who raised the problem can know about that in real time. The creation and updating of details of any new user are very easy and can be done with some clicks of a button.

Help Desk System Modules

This Help Desk System contains several modules to construct user module, HR module, HR head module. In the user module, a person can log into the system to raise the issue and can keep track of the solution. While in the HR module the HR person can view all the query raised by the worker and will try to resolve the issue. The HR head module will act as a super module as it has control to create or delete any user and can look at any problem.

The software requirements are windows system, tomcat 5.5, JSP. The hardware requirements are Pentium 4, 833MHz, 1GB RAM, 40 GB hard disk.

The main purpose of this Cargo Express Courier project is to build a system which will help the enterprise in image-based data entry system for transport goods by suitable means of a transportation system. This system will help to keep the records of various things such as worker details, products bills, clients information, items list, details of shipments and consignments.

This Cargo Express Courier system will provide a secure way to keep the records and if a person wants to know the details of any delivery then he/she can check from anywhere. The person only needs a user Id and password provided by the admin of the system. This system will simplify the transportation system and will help in tracking the shipments. This will be an internet based system which will be used by the various enterprise to manage and keep the records of work carried out at the courier facility. It will show the image of the product on the screen if available when Id and password are entered. The courier facility will be available in the entire country and the goods will be sent by appropriate vehicle depending upon the size and the type of the product. This type of Cargo Express Courier system may be some more expensive than other but at the same time, it will be more reliable.

Existing System

The present system won’t allow the complete access of the system. As it will only show some limited amount of information. In the existing system even though the data is stored on the computerized machine but it is not fully working on the online basis, the user can’t even view their own product details. The Cargo Express Courier will maintain one database for one user so to know the details of any user will take some time as he/she need to search for details.

Proposed System

The proposed system will be fully based on online so it will provide a centralized basis of accessing the data. It will automate the complete operation on the courier site and will provide detailed information on shipments.

Cargo Express Courier Modules

The Cargo Express Courier is divided into two module admin and user, the admin module will have a control to create and delete a user from the system. It will assign the timing of courier on the basis of priority and can cancel the courier if there are some problem. The admin will provide user Id to each user and can ban from the system anytime. It will decide the price of the courier, view the details of each courier and will maintain the staff. While from the user module a client can send or accept the goods and can track all the details regarding the product.

System Requirements

The software requirements are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JAVA, Eclipse, JDBC, Oracle. The hardware requirements are hard disk 40 GB, Pentium 4 Processor, 512 MB RAM.
