The collector monthly review system which is a Java-based software will automate the management in district department. This Review System will provide the information of each part of the government work. Whereas the system will protect the information from misuse by an unauthorized person and providing high security to it.

Existing system

The present Collector Monthly Review System manages the report of government activity on paper which is not an easy process to manage as there are too many works is going at any state or district level. In order to know about any work, there is a high amount of time required as the information is not stored at single place. As the details are kept on paper there is a possibility of change in information by any unauthorized person which will lead to access of wrong information.

Proposed system

The collector monthly review system will automate all the department process and will make the system easy to use. It will provide an effective means to collect the information and store in one place. The Collector Monthly Review System will give access to only authorized persons and provide the information instant when needed. This can be used by district collector to assign future work, the work will be the construction of the road, school, college in the various part of the state. It will then make the report of each activity such as resource allocation, inquiry. Also, this project will contain the information about the funds provided for each work and will manage the utilization of funds at work.

Collector Monthly Review System Module

This Collector Monthly Review System project is mainly divided into two modules, one is an admin and the other is a user.

Admin
In the admin module, the administrator will be any person who has authority from the government for access to the system, The administrator will update the information in the system. While the administrator will also need an ID and password to access the system. It will give an ID which will be generated by the system, the administrator cannot decide that which Id should be given to whom the system will automatically generate and will assign the ID to the user.

User
The user will be the person who has assigned to do the work, they need to enter the information about the work each day into the system, The user will need to enter a unique Id provided by the administrator and a password.

The aim of this Grievance Handling System project is to build a system which is dedicated to municipal corporations to improve the quality of the life of the citizens. The system manages the information about property tax, registration of birth, deaths, health, water, sewerage charge. This Grievance Handling System will bring the government related work on the internet which can be accessed by anyone and hence it will make the communication between government and citizen easy. While it will provide the status of grievance of people and notify once it will complete.

Existing system

The Grievance Handling System is not centralized so the communication between different branch is not fast enough and make the system slower. The municipal corporation works on the daily basis, so the slower process will decrease the efficiency of the system. While in the present Grievance Handling System, a huge amount of papers is used to record the information on each work which increases the burden. The conventional way of storing the information is not secure as there is the possibility of duplication of the records while retrieving any information to cross check the data takes too much time.

Proposed system

The presented Grievance Handling System project will make the system centralized to increase the speed of the communication between each branch of the government this will make the grievance easy for the citizens compare to existing systems. Now the people can check the status of their grievance and raise the problem from the system. The system will be available for each person just they need one Id which will be their aadhar ID. While the information will be stored in the Grievance Handling System which can be used by entering the aadhar ID and a password it will provide security against the duplication of any document. The retrieving any information for the cross check will be easy as they need to just enter some information about required documents in the system.

Administration

By authentication in the Grievance Handling System, the admin can view the complaints sends by the citizen and will manage it. The admin will distribute the workload according in the different department so that the work progress with speed.

Department

In the department module, each branch will get the work according to the department and will access the grievance send by the citizens. The person is working in the department will also need a User ID and password to access the system.

User

Through this module, a person can send the grievance to the respective department and can check the status of the same. After the completion of the problem raised by user, he/she can give feedback and user can also view the details regarding his/her stored in the department.

The main objective of the student project allocation system is to make an internet based system which will provide information of each student to institute with ease. This project will provide an effective and efficient way to manage data with low cost. The Student Project Allocation contains various options such as login/logout, data management by grouping same type of data, online test, etc. which will give an interactive experience to users.  It will be secure with a password so the data can be used by only those who have an id and password while the data will be maintained in the system for a long period of time.

Existing system

In the present Student Project Allocation system, each institute maintains information manually into the register. Storing the information manually in the register required a high amount of time and if the information is stored, then accessing that information is a time taking process as one need to search for the required information in each register. Where to store the information is time taking process it also increases the possibility of error in the data writing in registers. The information can be misplaced after some time as there are a lot of other registers are kept in the same place.

Proposed system

The proposed Student Project Allocation system is based on the internet so that data can be accessed by any system and from any place. The institute will need to enter the student information into the system so that whenever they require the information they can access by simply entering the student id or name into the system. The Student Project Allocation system will contain all the information of students such as academic, address, phone number etc. It will also take the test of student and will make a list of students who all pass in the exam so that it will be easy for any institute to keep records while at the a student can check their results and class rank.

In the admin module the overall control will have the institute administrator and by using this module an institute can give access to any person by providing an ID and password to those while it can also check the information that who had access to the system with date and time.

The main aim of the Web Based Reporting System is to provide an internet based system which will maintain all the information on any ATM machine. This Web Based Reporting System project will be helpful for banks for monitoring transaction and the requirement of money in the ATM. It will allow managers to monitor the information about an ATM machine through the internet based system and there is no need to install any software on the system and hence it will make the process easy to manage ATMs in any place.

Existing system

In the present Web Based Reporting System, the information of each transaction and money required by an ATM is maintained by manual process. To maintain the information there is a lot of manpower required and hence the cost of management is high. Whereas the recording of data through manual increases the possibility of error in the data and one major problem is there is a need for maintaining records for all customers. The present Web Based Reporting System won’t allow online transaction facility. As there is requirement of high manpower.

Proposed system

The Web Based Reporting System will allow storing a large amount of data on the system which will be stored for a large amount of time. The Web Based Reporting System will have a predefined set of rules which will help to store the information in the right format. The Web Based Reporting System will be very easy to use and will provide various options to control and monitor the system, the software has a user friendly environment so there is no need to learn how to operate the software. As the data is stored in the computer, it will be easy to access any data from the system and the time required to maintain is very less. Also, it will provide the information related to ATM working hours means the up time and downtime of ATM.

ATM availability
This module will help banks to monitor the ATM which is working in any region or area. It will give an average time of ATM’s up time and downtime.

Transaction
In the transaction module, it will provide information on the number of transaction has done and the type of the transaction such as money withdraw inquires etc.

Users
The user module will give details of the user who has accessed the ATM means the user is from our bank or from another bank.

Average withdrawal amounts
This will help to get the details of average withdraw, maximum transaction, minimum transaction per ATM in any given region.

The main aim of a diamond shipping system is to make the cargo service internet based so that it will be easy to use a cargo system for shipping the diamond. This system will try to reduce the time to search a cargo vehicle by providing overall information at a place. The Shipping System project will make the shipping information secure while provides the status of the object that has shipped. Hence it will try to make the better relation between shipping service provider and a customer.

Existing system

In the existing Shipping System, the time required to search a suitable cargo for shipment of items is high, while there is one major problem of untimely arriving of many cargoes at the hub, which further increases the time of loading, unloading which takes approx one-third of the total shipment time. The custom is one more problem by which each cargo suffers. The security is also one of the concern as the details of the shipment can access by another person, in the case of diamond, it can be harmful.

Proposed system

The diamond Shipping System will provide a function to search the suitable cargo from the system the user can view the cost, the capability of items to be shipped and time that a cargo will take to ship the items. The Shipping System will provide online custom payment so when the cargo will reach the hub they won’t need to spend time on custom. This will manage the details as a list to provide a better view of each item and will manage the information online so that they can be accessed from anywhere. It will provide the current status of the cargo and will give estimate time of cargo to reach the destination.

Visitor interface
This module allows a user to do the registration and will connect to the system, It contains information regarding the cargo.

User interface
It will give the access to existing users, the user of this module can manage the information relating to them while through this they can search for an item and can add to their wish list. The user will be provided with the option to cancel so whenever they want to cancel they can do it by the system.

Booking
From this module, the user can book the items and can get the information about the customer code.

Tracking
The user can track the cargo from this module ad will get the information if some problem will occur.
