The main objective of this Mobile Service Provider project is to build an online system through which a telecom company and customers can connect to each other. This Mobile Service Provider system will automate the operation of the telecom service company and make the system simpler. Our project will help the customer to get the mobile service easy at a reduced price rate. The project will aim to help an organization to make their service excellent, time efficient at the low cost.

Existing system

In the existing Mobile Service Provider system the data is stored in the excel, to maintain the data in the excel there are a huge amount of time is required. The maintenance of data in the excel sheet is not an easy process as one need to remember the name of the excel sheet. While if a person remembers the name then also it takes the time to search the file. The present Mobile Service Provider system requires high amount work to maintain an excel sheet which requires a lot of men to do the work, and hence the overall cost required to work is large whereas the accuracy of the system is not that good.

Proposed system

In the mobile service provider operation portal is an internet based system so it provides all the functions without installing the software into the system. As the system is internet based it allow to access many numbers of the person at the same time. It has a graphical interface so the use of the product is easy and anyone can use it without learning anything new. The Mobile Service Provider system can be accessed from the organization or by outside the organization means by the customer if they provide a valid Id. As the Mobile Service Provider system automate most of the task, it speeds up the operation in the industries and provides better user experience than the existing system.

The system has two modules in it, they are authentication and maintenance.

Authentication
This module contains option by use of which anyone can access the system they just need a valid ID and password. At first login they will provide with the system generated ID and password, but after the first login, they can change their password while Id can’t be changed.

Maintenance
This module provides various options by use of which a customer can use the service provided by the operator. The user won’t need to go anywhere to get the service they will need to access the system and then they can get all the service. The service will be like postpaid plans, monthly plans, world calling feature, roaming tariffs etc.

As the worker in the forest department is not a good programmer while they can do some simple task like surfing online, work with ms word, so in this Forestry Management System project we want to develop a system which can be used by them to manage all the data through the system. We will develop a cost efficient system with a good user-friendly environment so that the forest department will not face any problem in accessing the system which will reduce the time and cost required to maintain the data.

Existing system

In the existing Forestry Management System the data is maintained on the paper as the worker don’t know about the programming they can’t make a computerized system and buying the complete build system requires a high amount of money. Each forest has a manager who will monitor the sales of the timber and will maintain the information. As some forest is big enough and as the business so for maintaining this data is a very tedious process which sometimes gets wrong.

Proposed system

In the proposed Forestry Management System the forest business will be maintained through the system. The order will be placed on the system and the manager of the forest will then send the timber to the plant. If the timber will be not good enough to be used, then it will be resent to the forest department. Where these will be sent to the wood mills for the carpentry. As all the operations is conducted from the Forestry Management System the forest manager will get all the information on business from the software. Which will make the system easy to maintain with the reduction in cost and time. The Forestry Management System will also contain the information of the customer so that it the manager can contact with them from the system to make the communication between the manager and the customer.

Product details
This module will help to maintain the information on the timber like when it needs to ship, when it needs to bring back and where it can be used. Through this module, a manager can monitor overall activity going on with the product.

Customer details
The system will contain the information of its customer. The details of the customers are stored in the system so that whenever the forest company will need the details they can get by simply typing the name of the customer. The information will be like address, contact information.

Contract details
The manager will do business with the customers on the contract basis, so the system will contain the details of contracts with each customer. The contract can be for a weekly, monthly delivery.

This Channel management System project is based on the web and will be used in an organization for maintaining the information of workers and customers relating to any product of the company. This system will provide each information of product, dealers and the customers of the organization. The main feature of this product is to make a group of various products and provide detailed information about the usage of the product, give instruction to the dealers and will notify about any update to the product.

Existing system

In the present Channel management System to know the status of any product is not an easy process and require a high amount of time and if an organization want to do a survey about any product, they have to do it manually. The survey won’t provide the exact information as it has done in some particular area and does not cover the entire area and an only few people participate in the survey. The data is to be maintained in any organization is not safe as anyone can change the information. Also, the time and the number of people required to maintain the information is huge.

Proposed system

In the proposed Channel management System the maintenance of the data of an organization will become automated which will reduce the problem present in the existing system. This Channel management System will provide a better connection between an organization and its customers. The customers can raise a complaint from the system and can check the status of that complaint.rough this project an organization will give instruction about the use of their product and will inform about any updates such as launch events, new product detail. The organization will keep records of distribution of each product. The Channel management System can be accessed by those who has a password and Id and will keep the details of each login to enhance the security of the system.

Admin

The chairman or CEO of an organization will be the admin of the system and can access to all the details of the system such as user information, production etc. The admin can add or delete any user from the system and will have an option by which admin can talk to a particular user or to every user at a time.

User
The user of the system will be the customers of the organization and they have access to the options which are product detail, instruction to use the product, can send messages to admin, raise a complaint about a product. The user will need a user Id and a password to access the system.

The system will aim to develop a Tenders Management System by use of which anyone can know the information on available tenders. The system will be based on the web so the customers who want to know the details of the tenders need to register with the system and then they can access the information. The Tenders Management System manages the information of the clients and their tender reports in the system so that it will notify about the new tender related to previews tender. The system will also provide security of the details as it will not allow any other person to access the same details.

Existing system

In the existing Tenders Management System, the process is manual that is the department will first advertise about the tender in the newspaper, a contractor who is interested in the tender need to read the newspaper daily for information. Then the interested person will go in the specific department and will get the application form by paying the money. Now they need to fill and send it to the department by post. As all this is nothing but the waste of time and money while the tender and also be replaced in between the process and hence it does not provide any security.

Proposed system

In the proposed Tenders Management System all the activity will happen through the software which will be a web-based system. The user can get the available tender by accessing through the system. In order to access the system, they need to register with the system. At the time of registration, they will provide with a user Id and password. The interested user can also pay online and download the form through the internet. Or can fill directly on the web so there will be no need to send the tender by post. The user will also get the notification about any new tender through the system. As all the work is happening from the system the information will be secure as no other person will have access to the system.

Administration
This module will manage all the major information of the client and another module. The information is like employee, supplier, items etc.

Employee
The employee will design the tender to be published, it will prepare each information and will check the status of the tender so if there are some changes require they will do it.

Purchase department
This will collect the tender from the different department and then they will publish the designed tender to the public.

Supplier
The supplier will be the person who will bid for the published tender and will monitor the status of tender through this module.

The main aim of this Noble Job Portal System project is to develop internet based software for centralized management of the details of the fresher student and experienced worker, which will help any noble organization to find a candidate by a simple click. This Noble Job Portal System will make a resume of the student and will allow a person to apply for a job who have registered to the software. It will make easy for both who are seeking for a job and one who is searching for a candidate with required qualification and skill.

Existing system

The Noble Job Portal System which is present today work on manual process means a person who is writing resume will make it by using Microsoft word where it need to write each detail, even though there are some preset resume format, but the resume needed differs organization by organization so that person has to waste time by making a resume for each organization. Hence applying for a job through the manual process a person needs to search for jobs by going through different websites and also an organization finds any candidate by going to various processes because there is no centralized database which provides the information.

Proposed system

The Noble Job Portal System which we are developing will provide the user details just by clicking some option and it will solve the majority of problem present in the existing system. It will make a centralized database through which any organization that is registered in the Job Portal System will get information to all registered users with matching skill and education qualification. Whereas it will provide a user to apply a job for any organization as well as he/she can make a resume depending on any organization by just providing the details of his/her to the system.

In the resume module, a user can make a resume according to the organization required format by taking some basic details of the user.

Job portal
This module will help both an organization and student for the job. By using this module a user can search for a job while a company can find a worker.

That’s why we are developing a software which can be used by the organization for auditing. As it will increase the speed of the auditing by maintaining the accuracy of the system. Audit Processing System will be capable of maintaining the audit of loss and profit of each month just by entering the input data in it. The organization will not need to install the software into the system because it will be based on the internet.

Existing system

As an organization has many branches maintaining the audit in the excel sheet is a very tedious process. Sometimes there is a need to send the audit to the different branches at this time there is a possibility of loss of information in the audit. While one of the problems in maintaining the data in excel that it is difficult to separate the data regarding the constraint in the organization. For example, if anyone wants to audit the feeders in any separate area, then he/she need to make a different excel sheet as there are no database in which he/she can store all the information.

Proposed system

As the computer and the internet are in every place so we are developing a software which will make the full system computerized. Audit Processing System will store the substation details and according to that, it will calculate the loss percentage and by auditing which we can remove the loss within the substation. The Audit Processing System will store all the information of audit of feeder means the area, month it will be easy to make and view the audit with respect to different constraint, while the Audit Processing System is web based it can be accessed from anywhere. The functions described above of proposed the system will make the system easy, fast and provide the user to access the system according to them.
