Existing System

Due to our busy life schedule, it’s not possible for us to have regular contact with our loved ones but there should be some economical medium so that we can keep our eye on their activities and express our views for them. But with postcard, messages and voice communication, this can’t be achieved and sometimes it’s not even economical to have regular contact by using the concept of voice communication. It’s the age of information where every second’s updates information overcomes and it’s not possible by the single person to have knowledge on all of them. Even if we use our mobile services, we will have to pay more.

Proposed System

We always looking for economical medium to get updated information and have regular contact with our friends, relatives and with our loved ones. Friends meeting point provides all these through web based services. Through this MyFriends Meeting System, you will able to connect with your friends and its graph based database will able to suggest you the remaining ones who you left. With this MyFriends Meeting System, you will able to share videos, images, date your status and make changes to your profiles. Under this panel, you can have the list of friends, can send friend request to others, and join groups if permitted. You will also able to send messages, live chats and poke your friends.

Admin Module:-

Admin module will provide a control panel for customization and managing the friends meeting point community and the activity of its users also. Through this panel admin will provided with options to change logo, set theme style, add some details, add privacy policy, selecting email templates and much more. This panel will also able to show the total number of members, number of posts, comments and votes. Admin can also change the appearances and working pattern of this system.

Users Module:-

User’s module will be provided with two options – login or register. If users having no account can create it and having their id and password can access their panel. Through this, users can enter and change their profile information, send friend request, off their chat’s, filter their search while finding friends or other information, recover lost password and much more.

Post Setting Module:-

Under this module, admin can allow the type of posts which can be made through users. There are number of options provided under this panel such as photos, links, topics, videos, status, files etc. Even categorization of the posts by the users can also be made before they can published it.

Services Module:-

Linking of other social media accounts to this particular platform for their profiles can be done through this module and only after the permission of admin. This section will also deal with member settings such as allowing permission to follow other members, limit the number of sending friend request per day, selection of own profile address or default address, sign up methods either by built in methods or using Facebook, twitter, google, sending private messages to your members and much more.

This new Enterprise Resource Planning project will have the facility to integrate all working department by using a single system. Through this single package, each department will have own working panel and to eliminate data redundancy all data will be fetched from centralized database, thus no chance of confliction and valid input for each module. With advanced reporting features, it will easy to make future analysis and generate required information using available tools. Now with a single package, it will be easy for the organization to track down the orders, make sales forecasting, prepare payment statement and impose restrictions and working policies for each employees.

Admin Module:-

The admin will be the super user of this system. He will able to create, update and delete employees profile along with permission and section where they access the data and carry their operations. He or She will also able to make advanced operations related to the field of purchasing, financial reporting, payments, customer services and much more.

Employee Module:-

Employees will able to carry their task with provided permissions through their valid login id and password. Employees can change their password but not the restrictions which has been imposed on them and can access only required data of required departments.

Department Module:-

Using this module all the employees will work. Admin will have the authority to add more working sections and optimized it for better performance. It can also restrict the particular employee to access any particular section.

Customer Module:-

Customers will able to receive and send messages through their panel. Each customers will have unique id and facility to change password also. Through this panel, they will able to track down their order, payment statement and can upload business files for fast processing.

Existing System

To manage this type of complex Online Classifieds System website, we need some time saving modules and a hassle free working process to manage such websites. To provide a unique look and feel, automatic content creation and setting layout structure was not available. Admin section was not available with posting private ad on posters to their customers. Uploading images with custom look and adding property such as zoom was not available. Not all modules were integrated under a common section. Advanced search tools along with multimedia facility was not available. RSS feeds and email subscription were not supported under the existing system.

Proposed System

Each Online Classifieds System websites will be available at the homepage and an inline link to pages makes customers to stay under a particular domain. RRS feeds and email subscriptions are made available under this present system. New arrivals based on their selected section will be notified to the customers through private ad posted emails. The property of setting width, height and size of photo along with resizing facility has been implemented. With CMS support, flexibility of changing banners and images as and when required. To replace html extensive coding process, all work is now being achieved through graphical panel.

To use this Online Tender Management System by the suppliers, they will have to register with this system and through their id and password, bidding facility can be availed by them. It’s a system which will eliminate the extra cost which involved in advertising, document processing and getting confirmation results. The online facility of making all the documents online, sending and receiving these documents using postal system will be eliminated, thus evaluation process can be completed within due date.

Existing System

In the current manual Online Tender Management System all the works need to be completed manually. The administration will look after the paper advertisement work, evaluation work of each and every document, sending and receiving the proposals and much more. All the contractors need to submit their documents on time and must be sended through ordinary post by which they sometimes not able to bid for particular tender on time. All working personnel within department involved just for doing same task which is document verification and there may be chance in which the best one may be left behind.

Proposed System

The main purpose of this “Online Tender Management System” is to provide all tender documents online which can be accessed by all the suppliers using their id and password. Suppliers will able to act on more than one tender through this online system. Eliminating the need of sending and receiving the documents by post, so immediate response can be taken for the current existing tender. To reduce paper work, data which are available online, using this final decision can be taken by the administration and can contact directly to such suppliers. To make an interactive system, data validation checkup will be performed by the browser side, suppliers and administration will be provided with download and print facility also.

Administration:-

Administration will be the master user of this system who will responsible for uploading advertisement documents, verifying suppliers by using their information, maintaining data and privileges of working employees, confirmation of final report.

Purchase Department:-

Purchase department will look after the materials supplied, their quality and quantity and release funds to the suppliers account.

Suppliers:-

Suppliers will place their bid, personal query and take part in tendering auction also. They can fill the tender form and download the advertisement also. They can check their status and if selected, their confirmation message from the admin side.

Activity Module:-

Activity module will act as an attendance sheet for working employees on particular project. It will provide admin with following details like, last login time, date and time to be completed for particular module on specific project, last activity status etc.

Assignment Module:-

Through assignment module, it will help the managers and admin to assign new projects and instruction to work on which module for their employees. Admin can also restrict the employees to access another modules of a project.

Project Abstract

Internet Service Provider (ISP) basically acts as an intermediate between network computers. It helps to connect one computer with other computer. It’s just like a stair or escalators which helps to find our desired products available under a mall on different floors. The basic aim of ISP automation project is to automate the work by finding errors while running the server and redirect those errors to particular department to take immediate action. There will be two sections which will work side by side to handle these errors and notify to its admin. The two sections which will available are – one section deals with web pages placed on the server and the other one deals with connectivity part.

Existing System

The existing one was not able to check whether the existing one was having a static IP address or not. So for this reason there was no communication between the DHCP server and the ISP. Even it was not able to figure out the IP address of the requested page, so that verification can be made which page is available for such address and even they are available or not. Incapable of displaying proper error message to the subscriber. If the request is declined from the server side requested by the user, there was no mechanism to make inform to its admin and no internal algorithm was implemented to send error report to the desired working section.

Proposed System

ISP automation is smart enough to identify the type of IP address. It will first check for static IP address and if not found, it will consult with DHCP server to have dynamic IP address and figure out the IP address of your requested page. If any connection problem occurs, then it config system will able to identify it and send you the proper message to trouble shoot the problem and if the problem is from server side, an automatic notification with detailed error report forwarded to the right desk. It’s in built mechanism will able to identify whether the requested IP should be referred from its own cache and if not available, track down the requested IP to make available the requested page.

Users Login Module

Only authorized person will assigned privileges will able to work with this system. Each users will have different responsibility to tackle down the problem with their selected modules on which they have to work.

Hardware and Software Analyzer

This system can even diagnose the hardware and software related problem which occurs into the server and make system generated reports for types of errors, time and date, its cause. It will identify each resources which are in used by a unique id. Its routing mechanism will take care of forwarding these reports to correct persons.

Connection Module

Connection module will able to check the IP address and make communication with other servers such as DHCP. It will identify the connection property, hardware used for it.

Service Module

This system will responsible to check out whether the problems has been resolved or not. Every problems need to be resolved on time and making verification on it is the responsibility of this module.
