Existing System

The traditional Net Banking System was not fast and convenient for working employees who don’t get time to wait in line for carrying out their banking transactions. The cross banking solutions was not provided at their particular branch, so to make payment in other bank branches, they have top visit there. Customers were not able to check out their status by their own and dependent on working employees of bank. Sometimes you have to check the interest board and asked for service charges which may involve for your particular bank transactions. Traditional banking solutions provide no means to watch your updated account and your money on daily basis.

Proposed System

Net Banking System solutions will not only enable their customers to have their banking and balances at their fingertips but a convenient method to operate from any location. Through this system, you can pay your families and make bill payments at your own time. This system will able to know you the extra charges which will involve in carrying out such transactions. This system will able to make you variety of operations such as view balances, daily and monthly transactions, credit and debit history, transfer funds and even order online cheques. It will also facilitate to make transfer of fixed date and time of particular account to a valid account.

Login Module:-

There will be single login module for admin and customers. This module will able to check the type of users and using the concept of session it will able to redirect to their desired panel. Even this section will able to recover your lost password through proper validation channel.

Admin Module:-

Admin module will look after entire business transaction through a single panel. This panel will be divided into four sections for clients, account,transactions and transfers. This panel will have the facility to edit client’s details and overview of particular customer. Through account module, it can add, remove, suspend and search for particular account. Transactions will have list of orders and administration over banking operations. Transfer section will add client debit and credit history along with transfer facility.

Client Module:-

Client module will be provided will following features such as getting their profile details, balance sheet, credit and debit history under account section. The transfer section will facilitate to transfer amount to inside or outside bank branches. The charges panel will able to display the list of services and charges for it, current rate of interest for their deposited account and much more.

Project Abstract

Graduate selection process is responsible for selecting eligible candidates through online examination. It’s an online recruitment system or Graduate Selection Process that helps the recruiters to find the best candidates by meeting their expectation levels. Recruiters will have the options to set the examination schedule, time, patterns and question levels. To remove the conflict-ions of same questions by different candidates, random number functions will be helpful to extract random questions for each screen and display for the appearing candidates. All submitted answers will be checked by the system automatically and prepare the reports. Even recruiters will able to restrict candidates not to appear for examination before six months once appeared in their recruitment session.

Existing System

Manual working procedure was followed by the existing system and extra man power needed to look after all the activities which involves during recruitment process. All the performance and skills test need to be evaluated manually which takes extra time. There should be a team of members who will responsible to perform different activities such as preparing question papers, evaluating the answer sheet, preparing merit list and so on. If during form filling process by the candidates, any mistakes occurred, they will not able to make correction on paper sheet and there can be chance of manual error and fraud while preparing final selection list.

Proposed System

Through the use of proper validation methods, system will be able to prepare correct reports and able to provide an automated paper free environment. Recruiters will able to conduct exams as and when required and on different modules as they want. It’s the admin who have the authority to set question papers, create different exam sections, ability to display results on time or just after completing the examination. Admin can impose time limit on each questions and for each sections. Using random function, different questions will be presented all appearing candidates. The most powerful feature of this Graduate Selection Process system is exam resume capability. If due to any fault or error system shut down or get off, then exam will be start from last session where it was left behind for each candidates. Recruiters can establish direct communication through emails with candidates.

Login Panel for Admin:-

Admin will be provided with almost all options to make recruitment process easy and fair. It will have the power to initiate the exam process, set modules for current exam, questions level, time limit and options to display results after examination or on specified date and time. Admin can view profiles of each candidates and can send results directly to their emails. This system will relieve recruiters for manual checking of answers and prepare results of all appearing candidates. It can also prepare final list based on given input.

Login Panel for Candidates:-

Candidates will able to enter their profile information, upload their profile images and copies of their certificates. Candidates can view their profiles, view their profiles and documents, appear in the exam if permitted and selected by recruiters, can check their results.

Online Chat Express provides a real time communication between two or more users via computer network. It a medium of private communication between two parties to express and share their ideas. Even we are far away from our relatives and friends, we can have chat for establishing healthy relationship. It not just used for private communication, but also playing a vital role in business environment to provide live support to their existing customers. Through this graphical chat application, users will find easy to use all existing features and enjoy the way of expression to others in their own way.

Existing System

Chat doesn’t means the initiation of session for just entering texts. It must have some customization options such as creating groups and have chat with them, different chat rooms with authorization property and one robot user which can be used to check out the connection property, trouble shoot the problem. There must be sound options for received texts, visual options to display online users with type of devices they are using. Simple drag and drop facility in place of upload and identifying grammatical errors with options to correct it if necessary.

Proposed System

We get up early and busy with our daily scheduled times and no time to check our emails. So this is a medium by which sending text messages with enhanced graphics features not only able to have with updated information from our close friends and customers but also provides a medium to express it through the built in emotions of icons. There will be two types of users who can interact with this chat express system – Admin and Clients. For security reasons every end users have to register with this system to established private chats with their loved ones.

Admin with following privileges:-

1. Admin has the responsibility to start the server and trouble shoot the problem if occurs while running the system.
2. It will have the privileges to block any users and extra features and modules to this existing system.
3. It can also chat with other users with its personal id along with facility of changing the look and working pattern of this chat express.
4. The power to retrieve log charts and if required can get detailed reports such as list of users, candidate with maximum duration who remains online and ability to shut down the server.

Clients with following privileges:-

1. Authority to log into their account using their username and password and the power to change their password anytime.
2. Clients can change their profile information and add their profile pictures.
3. Adding restrictions to check one’s profile information by making their profile view either public or by their friend circles.
4. Through display activity, clients will able to know about their received messages with pop up sounds and animation will help to know what others are doing. It means while others are typing or sitting idle etc.
5. Clients can create chat rooms and groups and send invitations to others.

Chat Module:

This module of Online Chat Express will allow users to create, update chat groups and chat rooms. Its creator will able to send invitations and approve one’s request to join them.

Message Module:

Message module will keep track of users list whom messages has been sended currently. By clicking on particular user, it will able to display the messages which has been received from that site and what has been sended to them.

User Management Module:

The main aim of this Net Learning project is to enable learning by making it paper free. It provides a platform for its admin to create and prepare learning curriculum online. Through this platform, it will allow to upload the study materials, creating virtual study room, taking assessment test and automated evaluation system. It provides a freedom for its users to select correct course as per their choice and access it anywhere. It’s built in tracking system will able to provide a clear view of progress for all their users who are taking services through this web application system.

Existing System

Previously candidates were bound to purchase specific books and gain knowledge using that. They have to walk through long distances to make take their private tuitions and on specific time. This system was lacking to provide a Net Learning environment with fun. Tutors have to check each and every answers of each candidates manually which takes time. Studying candidates were not able to judge themselves based on the type of levels and ability to check their results in front of their eye with options were they have made mistakes.

Proposed System

Admin will have the power to prepare rich content with graphics and images through upload options. To make fun while learn, some advanced concepts of html has been used such as match the following, fill in the blanks with drag and drop facility, matching answers using images and much more. This Net Learning system will able to provide quality education anytime which can be accessed from anywhere using internet. For security reason, the concept of session has been implemented to provide security to each account. Through its CMS module, it will allow its admin to check the enrollments, notification of completed modules by the candidates and sending reports to the candidate’s panel or to their email directly.

Administration Module:-

Admin will have the authority to add contents, create study materials, subjects, rooms. This module will be only be accessed through admin. Evaluation System:-

Evaluation system will be accessed by both types of users but with different functionality and features.It will help the admin and studying candidates to get results just after appearing session and upon initiation of exam by admin. Candidates can able to check their self-results but admin will have power to check results of all and take appropriate action which will help the candidates to improve their performance.

Existing System

To carry out all your tasks through this system is totally dependent on search options and this was what lacking in the existing system. It’s not able to meet the desired result just on the basis of age, religion and occupation. Users panel were not menu driven and designed in such a way, that it would not make easy to be on papers in traditional manner. Proper profile management system was not integrated and system was not able to make recovery in case of adverse situations. Due to bulky code, it takes time to carry out the entire operation and no relationship was established between the working modules.

Proposed System

Advanced search options has been integrated for users on the basis of occupation, education, location with addition of earlier ones.There will be two panels – one for admin and other for members which will be for bride and grooms. To make a more interactive profile much exciting features has been added such as uploading videos, adding success story, contact information along with protect property which means only verified ones with privileges can access it. Of course only registered one will able to access this system by providing their required information during registration process.
