Album Manager Project in Java

Project Objective

Organizing your personal images and photos with inbuilt template will be an added advantage for using your creativity. Through this album creator you will able to view your images in different styles and patterns. You will able to list all images either in grid view or in matrix style. Before creating an album you will have to select the type of templates and look which you want to give for your album and all the templates has been provided under this one single package. The concept of tiles has been used to improve the design section for this java projects.  

To load the pictures into your particular created album, you can select images either one by one or all the images at one time only. Once uploading process completed, it will provide the number of images, their particular size with their default name. Even from all these features, you can select any particular album, to convert all the images to an html file so that you can use it for your personal website just by including the name of html page. Its viewing section has been divided into two section, upper section and lower section. Upper section will display the listing of images and upon selecting any image, its detailed view will be available under bottom section.

Existing System

There was no facility of selecting multiple images at the same time and users were bound to upload single images at a time. Even the size and pixel setting were not provided by the existing system. Users can see the images in the default size and no provision was provided to resize the images while viewing. Rating options and putting watermark for any images, thus users were not able to give any unique identification to a particular image. Scrolling facility was not available for while listing of images and have to check out every images one by one by selecting particular image.

Proposed System

To make a unique album creator some of the exciting features has been added to make it interesting while using this system. Users can see all images by selecting a single image of particular album and scroll down through your mouse to see the next image. Even you can review any image by zooming in and out and rotating the image into 360 direction. The best part of it is creating an html file with the list of images. While selecting this option, a default folder at particular destination will be created with all necessary files which are required to make a file such as its css file, image folder and a single web page.

Web Enabled Manufacturing Process in java

 

Project Objective

It’s very difficult for any organization to use standalone customized software package especially for any manufacturing industry. Their industry location may varies as per their unit work, so to use same type of software and work of different modules does not favor the concept of organization which means achieving common goal. But with the help of web based manufacturing process system, it provides a platform to access the same system by different department through different locations. Web Enabled Manufacturing Process not only saves time in installation but also easy to use and maintenance work can be handled easily.

        Its inbuilt different modules will help to work on various sections which are required under a particular organization. Even the admin panel has the authority to set the working modules as per their requirement by selecting proper options. Number of departments and authority for accessing their department by working members can be created by the admin and the type of work that can be performed by such departments. Employee’s information can be easily gained by selecting the departments or listing employees can be done. Scheduler has been integrated to begin or assign new task to a particular department by providing scratches and design which eliminates the need of travelling from one location to other.

Existing System

Previous Web Enabled Manufacturing Process system was not easy maintainable and different panels were not provided for achieving various tasks. All the managerial and administrative work were provided under single panel which is not always possible under real environment. There was no provision of configuring business processes and convert data from type to another type, so processing work has to be done on fixed parameters. There was no relationship between working modules, so duplication of data entry process occurs and due to lack of proper validation mechanism, it leads to data redundancy which decreases the processing time.

Proposed System

This new web enabled manufacturing system has been developed using the concept of three tier architecture. That means the use of MVC pattern and ORM framework will help to achieve all the task through integration of different modules. Through this web package many work can be achieved such as customer relationship management, human resource management, planning and scheduling, accounting, delivery status etc. To handle the ongoing business processes, the server will be at centralized location and can be accessed from different location through its domain name. As there will be a central database and server side validation and client side, a two way process will help to eliminate data redundancy problem.

Before starting this application, you will have the set the memory area where all these cloned materials is to be saved. During cloning process, it will make differentiate between CSS, HTML, JQUERY, Images and icons and saved in particular folder, so that it will be easy for you to use as per your development work. Users will only have to place the website URL either by copying in the text field or by writing themselves and press on start button to begin cloning.

Existing System

Cloning of website and all its contents is not an easy task. Even categorization of downloaded materials were not possible by the previous system by which users comes with many difficulties about knowing the types of file and the existing system was only able to download from html file. It was not able to download the css and images which are available on the website, thus getting only the text part and no clue provided for the coding section through which users can edit the code and use for their own website. When running the simple html file, it was not able to produce output as available on the server due to lack of other attached files or links with particular html file.

Proposed System

This new web skeletonizer application will able to identify the downloaded pages and files, and if found escape in order to copy new files. It will automatically able to create different folders as per the type and saved such documents and files in that particular folder which will help in easy searching process. If you will enter the same URL and its documents has been saved previously, an alert message will be provided to the user to begin the same task. Some websites requires authentication, so to overcome from this, user can enter their id and password before cloning while using this application.

Scheduling and Dispatching Project

 

Project Objective

Scheduling and Dispatching project as the name itself clears what type of functions will be performed by this web based java application. Through this system, you can planned your future work and schedule it to be performed on expected time without any hassle. This Scheduling and Dispatching project system will enable to keep track on going work and take appropriate action on time if any problem occurs. To exist in fast growing business environment, financial management work should also plays a vital role for a successful business and this can only be achieved if payment mode and mechanism will be shorter.   

                               Its invoice management section will keep track of payment transaction without and outside the organization and display the defaulters after elapsing of expected time. Any file handling and processing mechanism will be handled by the scheduler and its dispatching method will keep track of route and authentication where the files are to be dispatched. If any error occurs while processing the request, an immediate alert message will be sended to the scheduler by which this work has been initialized. Its graph analyzer section will able to provide work report in bar graph form along with other parameters which will help its managers to take action on time.

Existing System

Centralize work management handling process was not achieved by the existing system and JDBC connection pooling was not having the capability of making connection persistence, thus immediate updation work cannot be achieved through this. Field work management status and generating customized report on it was not possible, thus admin has to use sql query to get report status which require technical person to handle the existing system. Routing table was not designed using the concept of AI which can change its behavior based of requirement and fixed path was there to carry specific tasks.

Proposed System

This new Scheduling and Dispatching project system has been on the concept of MVC pattern based on three tier architecture. It will use ORM framework to carried out all the tasks. To maintain connection persistence in computer memory to carry out processing task faster, hibernate framework has been used to keep connection alive. As this system will able to perform all its scheduled tasks on time, which will result in high billing and high revenue chances, will short down the payment cycles, provide customer satisfaction and organizing all records in a better way. Upon all integration of Google calender is an added advantage by which remainder display and scheduler will be always available at your eye.

Crypto System project in Java

 

Project Objective

Crypto system is responsible for encrypting the user’s data and provide a secure mechanism to store it in a virtual drive. This virtual drive will be created by the system for the particular user for the very first while using the system. This system will provide limited storage area where the data can be saved. As we can say that, it’s a cloud storage medium where data can be accessed from any location. This system will also enable you to synchronize your desktop or laptop while using this crypto system.        

            For implementing security mechanism, each user’s should have a valid login id and password and the verification of user’s account will be done through their valid email id.Upon accessing this crypto system, users can simply drag and drop their documents from their system to their virtual hard drive where it will take some time for encrypting the documents and process of encryption and decryption will depend upon the size of document and their type. User friendly interface has been provided, so that users can easily access all the provided features. It uses strong bit encryption mechanism and its virtual hard drive and easily loaded and unloaded at any location as per the user’s choice.

Existing System

Existing system was not able to perform the encryption procedure before saving the data to the virtual hard disk and it was not protected by the strong bit encryption mechanism. Simple drag and drop feature was not available under the existing system and to load these documents users were bound to use the browse method provided by the html browser. It was not able to perform validation checkup and displaying the type of data during uploading session. It was not able to create multiple virtual drive and can create single virtual drive only under the desktop or laptop and not to other removable media.

Proposed System

This new crypto system has been provided with all security check ups which can be performed while encryption and decryption of documents.Its validation and verification process will be done from the server side and display the information of various fields such as type of document loaded, its actual size, date and time under specified virtual drive. The admin of the documents will have the authority to set parameters for their various documents such as read, write along with advanced operations such as copy and paste the documents to other virtual drive location. Its strong bit encryption algorithm will make ensure that others will not able to hack or change their file attributes.
