Enterprise Resource Planning Management will able to provide real time information to their working executives and employees for immediate execution of tasks that will result in profitability. Existing System

Working with different packages may results in conflicts between working departments and this process of working with outdated and manual system not able to generate exact data which is called the heart of information. Frequent changes in working process may pin down their business due to which there will be an adverse effect on companies also. No proper medium to make all their information online and a common pathway to access it through secure channel. There was no proper integration module to unify all business activities under a single package.

Enterprise Resource Planning Management not only provide a true support for complex business process but also the way to localize as per the needs and requirements. With proven technologies it will not only able to access data but streamline their business process with analytical tools. To exist in competitive market the first and foremost part is customer satisfaction which is achieved through real time data, which in turn helps to get faster customer order and few errors while processing it. Other benefits which will be provided while using this system are – same information across all working departments, exact financial reporting, scheduled task completion, on time payment and much more.

Registration Module:

Customer’s data will be an important assets and the managers will be able to access their information through this section. To be a specific users, managers have to select their levels and work on their available modules.

Junior Level Management:

The modules which will be available for this level will received from the senior level and modules will act on it using pre-defined rules and taking necessary actions to implement it. The modules which are under this level will responsible for execution work and implement it to meet their goals.

Senior Level Management:

Through this modules, the business rule will be defined and its outbound and inbound rules will be tested and processed for real time execution environment. Whatever the administrative action which will be carried out is done here by only authorized person.

Revenue Recovery System project in Java 

Project Abstract

Revenue recovery system is an IT solution for collecting taxes and providing a transparent medium to provide fast track services for the remote areas. Different types of taxes are being collected at district level, village level, panchayat level etc for their lands, water supply, education and much more. This system will able to send online documents from taluka level to district collector for immediate verification and act upon it. Even the proceedings can be updated in real time environment by the village officers and generate graphical report as and when required.

Existing System

A number of person involves in the process of depositing their revenue at the collection center. Manual processing and preparing of tax paper is always a time consuming system. Every time collection system do not able to meet their target and find out the defaulters. These tasks need to perform on yearly, quarterly or monthly basis and by the different level of a district. So the manual system is not able to monitor all the activities. Taking out of file to check previous payment details and manual verification process takes two to three days on single person work by which peoples were also not interested to take active participation for country growth. The most threating part in manual system was data security and in appropriate level of information flow due to physical boundaries.

Proposed System

A common platform for processing at different level with different privileges not only helps to create a proper communication channel and but also providing security to data. As the system will be opened and closed at same time for all different levels through this web application, so there is no chance of any fraud. Due to centralize database, documents verification can easily be made even from remote location and a convenient method for all working departments. Only authorized person with working credentials will responsible to perform their only activity. Persons don’t have to wait in line and with online form availability, they will able to get their deposited slip with unique journal number. By accessing data from relational database, query builder will help to achieve all our task such as list of defaulters, late payment list, generating reports etc.

Login Module:-

Proper communication channel and eliminating the physical boundaries will be achieved through the login module. During the time of login, users have to select their district and village level, id and password. Such person will be directed to their panel configured by the admin. Users will only able to look after their departmental work.

Payment Module:-

This module will provide flexibility to select type of revenue, generate pay slip, selecting correct online form and its type just by entering the house number of particular person. This system will also able to display the type of taxes to be paid and if any, its outstanding dues also.

Department Modules:-

To facilitate online file sharing and remote verification system for fast track system, it will provide a secure departmental communication channel. The only authorize person will able to use it and carry out different activities. It will help to verify documents just by sitting from their offices whose distances are far enough and prepare or send reports on it.

Database Module:-

To prepare reports and generate required reports will be made available through query builder available under the hood of this module. For data security reason, persons with required privileges will only able to access their limited data for which they have been assigned.

Under manual Online Doctor System, you have to first wait in line to take appointment for the doctors and wait for your time to have meet with them and discuss on your health problems.As you have to provide your information and other reports many times at different places such as the medicine store which is again a burden of carrying documents. You have to be present physically at the doctor’s cabin. Patients have to visit on another day of after some hours to take their health reports which involves extra care person with patients anytime. Under manual system, the only accepted payment method is by cash and if patients due to some reasons are not having cash on time may face difficulties and not able to get treatment.

Proposed System

To make a truly Online Doctor System system to have meet with online doctors, all manual process has been automated through this system. Patient have to fill online form by which id and password created and sended to their email and upon accepting data, automatic login to patient panel. Through this panel, patients can select the doctors and have appointment with them on their time from their own place. Patients will get all their reports and medicine prescriptions in their inbox by notification indication just after appointment session. There is no need of cash and a secure payment gateway has been used to pay the required fees using their account or debit or credit card.

Patient Form and Login Module

For the first time visitors, they have to just enter their basic details and can enter their dashboard. System will take care of creating their new profile. For existing patients, they will have to enter their id and password sended to their email earlier. This module will like virtual office from where all activity can be performed.

Online Appointment Module

Through this module, patients can select doctors and have discussion regarding their health problems. Patients will able to get their availability time or choose from the available ones and start their diagnosis immediately.

Medicine Module

This module will provide details of medicines which should be taken by the patients. It will also include the limit up to which these medicines should be taken and date to have meet again with doctors.

Referral Module:-

Referral module will allow patients to change their doctors. For this process, patients have to click on the doctor name whose request will be made available to particular doctor inbox and provide their meeting time.

Payment Module

Patients will have to make their payment online to take services using this system. Each doctors will have some fees which need to pay before their appointment session begins.

Online Report Module

Patients can get their lab results and health reports through tis section which is available under each patient homepage. When documents are available under this module, a special notification symbol appears above it which helps to notify their patients. It was not possible to calculate and prepare daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports in few hours and maximum chances doing same work repeatedly which results in complexity associated with assigned task.

To bring out automation in this Airtel Prepaid System Automation, all work will be carried out with the help of computer and to eliminate the redundant data and repetitive work, database will take care of it. To provide security, only authorized person to access particular section will able to work under such module. This system will able to get and manipulate transactions data such as sales and purchasing, maintaining customer details with edit and create facility, facility to check stock status, transferring reports though in built email features. With graphical sql query report generation module, users have to just enter their query using graphical menu and its reports will be presented to them, so required no technical skills to handle this system.
