The system will aim to develop a Tenders Management System by use of which anyone can know the information on available tenders. The system will be based on the web so the customers who want to know the details of the tenders need to register with the system and then they can access the information. The Tenders Management System manages the information of the clients and their tender reports in the system so that it will notify about the new tender related to previews tender. The system will also provide security of the details as it will not allow any other person to access the same details.

Existing system

In the existing Tenders Management System, the process is manual that is the department will first advertise about the tender in the newspaper, a contractor who is interested in the tender need to read the newspaper daily for information. Then the interested person will go in the specific department and will get the application form by paying the money. Now they need to fill and send it to the department by post. As all this is nothing but the waste of time and money while the tender and also be replaced in between the process and hence it does not provide any security.

Proposed system

In the proposed Tenders Management System all the activity will happen through the software which will be a web-based system. The user can get the available tender by accessing through the system. In order to access the system, they need to register with the system. At the time of registration, they will provide with a user Id and password. The interested user can also pay online and download the form through the internet. Or can fill directly on the web so there will be no need to send the tender by post. The user will also get the notification about any new tender through the system. As all the work is happening from the system the information will be secure as no other person will have access to the system.

Administration
This module will manage all the major information of the client and another module. The information is like employee, supplier, items etc.

Employee
The employee will design the tender to be published, it will prepare each information and will check the status of the tender so if there are some changes require they will do it.

Purchase department
This will collect the tender from the different department and then they will publish the designed tender to the public.

Supplier
The supplier will be the person who will bid for the published tender and will monitor the status of tender through this module.

The main aim of this Noble Job Portal System project is to develop internet based software for centralized management of the details of the fresher student and experienced worker, which will help any noble organization to find a candidate by a simple click. This Noble Job Portal System will make a resume of the student and will allow a person to apply for a job who have registered to the software. It will make easy for both who are seeking for a job and one who is searching for a candidate with required qualification and skill.

Existing system

The Noble Job Portal System which is present today work on manual process means a person who is writing resume will make it by using Microsoft word where it need to write each detail, even though there are some preset resume format, but the resume needed differs organization by organization so that person has to waste time by making a resume for each organization. Hence applying for a job through the manual process a person needs to search for jobs by going through different websites and also an organization finds any candidate by going to various processes because there is no centralized database which provides the information.

Proposed system

The Noble Job Portal System which we are developing will provide the user details just by clicking some option and it will solve the majority of problem present in the existing system. It will make a centralized database through which any organization that is registered in the Job Portal System will get information to all registered users with matching skill and education qualification. Whereas it will provide a user to apply a job for any organization as well as he/she can make a resume depending on any organization by just providing the details of his/her to the system.

Administration
This module will give full control to the organization who is maintaining all the information in the system. The administrative organization can add or delete any user or organization from the system. This will also ensure the security of each registered user.

User registration
This module will allow any organization or user to connect to the system, This will give and ID and password for each one by use of which only they can access to the system.

Resume
In the resume module, a user can make a resume according to the organization required format by taking some basic details of the user.

Job portal
This module will help both an organization and student for the job. By using this module a user can search for a job while a company can find a worker.

That’s why we are developing a software which can be used by the organization for auditing. As it will increase the speed of the auditing by maintaining the accuracy of the system. Audit Processing System will be capable of maintaining the audit of loss and profit of each month just by entering the input data in it. The organization will not need to install the software into the system because it will be based on the internet.

Existing system

As an organization has many branches maintaining the audit in the excel sheet is a very tedious process. Sometimes there is a need to send the audit to the different branches at this time there is a possibility of loss of information in the audit. While one of the problems in maintaining the data in excel that it is difficult to separate the data regarding the constraint in the organization. For example, if anyone wants to audit the feeders in any separate area, then he/she need to make a different excel sheet as there are no database in which he/she can store all the information.

Proposed system

As the computer and the internet are in every place so we are developing a software which will make the full system computerized. Audit Processing System will store the substation details and according to that, it will calculate the loss percentage and by auditing which we can remove the loss within the substation. The Audit Processing System will store all the information of audit of feeder means the area, month it will be easy to make and view the audit with respect to different constraint, while the Audit Processing System is web based it can be accessed from anywhere. The functions described above of proposed the system will make the system easy, fast and provide the user to access the system according to them.

Design of the table
This module will use the different constraint of audit information and according to that will make the table so it will be easy to use them. The name of the tables is substation, feeder, transformer, area.

Calculation of tables
This module will use the input details to provide the output such as the percentage loss.

Report generation
This will be used to make a report of an audit of the entire month.

As today’s technology is advanced and it is easy to use the internet which provides the best way to do most of the paperwork by simply sitting at home. The collector monthly review system which is a Java-based software will automate the management in district department. This Review System will provide the information of each part of the government work. Whereas the system will protect the information from misuse by an unauthorized person and providing high security to it.

Existing system

The present Collector Monthly Review System manages the report of government activity on paper which is not an easy process to manage as there are too many works is going at any state or district level. In order to know about any work, there is a high amount of time required as the information is not stored at single place. As the details are kept on paper there is a possibility of change in information by any unauthorized person which will lead to access of wrong information.

Proposed system

The collector monthly review system will automate all the department process and will make the system easy to use. It will provide an effective means to collect the information and store in one place. The Collector Monthly Review System will give access to only authorized persons and provide the information instant when needed. This can be used by district collector to assign future work, the work will be the construction of the road, school, college in the various part of the state. It will then make the report of each activity such as resource allocation, inquiry. Also, this project will contain the information about the funds provided for each work and will manage the utilization of funds at work.

This Collector Monthly Review System project is mainly divided into two modules, one is an admin and the other is a user.

Admin
In the admin module, the administrator will be any person who has authority from the government for access to the system, The administrator will update the information in the system. While the administrator will also need an ID and password to access the system. It will give an ID which will be generated by the system, the administrator cannot decide that which Id should be given to whom the system will automatically generate and will assign the ID to the user.

User
The user will be the person who has assigned to do the work, they need to enter the information about the work each day into the system, The user will need to enter a unique Id provided by the administrator and a password.

The aim of this Grievance Handling System project is to build a system which is dedicated to municipal corporations to improve the quality of the life of the citizens. The system manages the information about property tax, registration of birth, deaths, health, water, sewerage charge. This Grievance Handling System will bring the government related work on the internet which can be accessed by anyone and hence it will make the communication between government and citizen easy. While it will provide the status of grievance of people and notify once it will complete.

Existing system

The Grievance Handling System is not centralized so the communication between different branch is not fast enough and make the system slower. The municipal corporation works on the daily basis, so the slower process will decrease the efficiency of the system. While in the present Grievance Handling System, a huge amount of papers is used to record the information on each work which increases the burden. The conventional way of storing the information is not secure as there is the possibility of duplication of the records while retrieving any information to cross check the data takes too much time.

Proposed system

The presented Grievance Handling System project will make the system centralized to increase the speed of the communication between each branch of the government this will make the grievance easy for the citizens compare to existing systems. Now the people can check the status of their grievance and raise the problem from the system. The system will be available for each person just they need one Id which will be their aadhar ID. While the information will be stored in the Grievance Handling System which can be used by entering the aadhar ID and a password it will provide security against the duplication of any document. The retrieving any information for the cross check will be easy as they need to just enter some information about required documents in the system.

Administration

By authentication in the Grievance Handling System, the admin can view the complaints sends by the citizen and will manage it. The admin will distribute the workload according in the different department so that the work progress with speed.

Department

In the department module, each branch will get the work according to the department and will access the grievance send by the citizens. The person is working in the department will also need a User ID and password to access the system.

User

Through this module, a person can send the grievance to the respective department and can check the status of the same. After the completion of the problem raised by user, he/she can give feedback and user can also view the details regarding his/her stored in the department.

The main objective of the student project allocation system is to make an internet based system which will provide information of each student to institute with ease. This project will provide an effective and efficient way to manage data with low cost. The Student Project Allocation contains various options such as login/logout, data management by grouping same type of data, online test, etc. which will give an interactive experience to users.  It will be secure with a password so the data can be used by only those who have an id and password while the data will be maintained in the system for a long period of time.

Existing system

In the present Student Project Allocation system, each institute maintains information manually into the register. Storing the information manually in the register required a high amount of time and if the information is stored, then accessing that information is a time taking process as one need to search for the required information in each register. Where to store the information is time taking process it also increases the possibility of error in the data writing in registers. The information can be misplaced after some time as there are a lot of other registers are kept in the same place.

Proposed system

The proposed Student Project Allocation system is based on the internet so that data can be accessed by any system and from any place. The institute will need to enter the student information into the system so that whenever they require the information they can access by simply entering the student id or name into the system. The Student Project Allocation system will contain all the information of students such as academic, address, phone number etc. It will also take the test of student and will make a list of students who all pass in the exam so that it will be easy for any institute to keep records while at the a student can check their results and class rank.
