This Garage Management System project enables the user to keep track of all the activities of a garage. It is a web based application which helps the user to Manage the stocks available in the garage, check for repair estimates, delivery etc. It maintains vehicle service history and mechanic shop time. It also manages the inventory of the vehicle parts. It shall maintain the database of all the vehicles that are serviced and shall be able to send service notification to customers based on the service dates. Garage Management System has secured access to admin. The admin shall be able to keep track of different users like supervisor, receptionist, principal etc. It is a smart web UI which could assist the garage owners to keep track of all the events in the garage.

Existing System

The Garage Management System till now was not able to record the service details of vehicles. It was done manually. The inventory of spares is done manually. There was no maintenance history of all the vehicles that were serviced in the garage. The service dates had to be tracked manually and that was a difficult task.

This Garage Management System shall help the user to keep track of all the activities in the garage. It is a web based application which shall have users like admin, principal, receptionist and supervisor. The admin shall give access for specific modules for the other users. The users shall login and manage with the activities of the system. The supervisor shall be able to check for the inventory of vehicle spares in the garage. He shall be able to check for the vehicles that are serviced currently and the ones which has to be notified for services. The user also shall be able to note the mechanic shop time hours. The system will also allow the payment for the repair or service done. The system also can check for the vehicle spares that are sold from the garage. The interface is developed using html and PHP. It has user friendly web interface.

Online School Fees System

 

The aim of this School Fees System project is to automate the fee collection process of schools and management of online fee payment for schools. It has a very user-friendly interface which enables the user to easily make fee payments online. It enables the parents to know about fee dues and make payments accordingly. This tool is mainly designed for public and private schools of all sizes which helps the administrative staff to complete the billing functionalities efficiently.

The Main interface includes a left panel to select different menu options such as student, report, fees, setting etc. The user shall be able to login into this payment system and check for the fees that is due and can make the payments. A report shall also be generated for the time period chosen. The payments shall be done through safe and secure methods that are used in the tool. The tool is being built by highly qualified team whose main aim is to ensure secured transaction for the users.

Existing System

Schools need a School Fees System to automate the process of collecting fees. So far, the parents would come in person to pay the amount in cash or cheque. The system would get complex with the parents opting to pay using different methods. All these factors will make the traditional way of fee payment complicated.

Online School Fees System

The School Fees System is developed using PHP and MySQL Database. This new system shall enable the parents to pay fees online by using this tool. The School Fees System is quick and simple to use. It is a dashboard like application with many features given to the users. The user shall be able to login securely and make payments. The user shall be able to generate report for the period selected. The user can also check for defaulters in the student list. The security and privacy are maintained for each user in the system. All the transaction related records are maintained in the database. Hence it is easier for the school to manage the billing system.

Report: This module generates the report for the time period selected by the user. The details of the fees paid for the selected period shall be captured. It also provides the rates of rooms in that hotel. This tool shall enable the user to check for information regarding the hotel and reserve rooms. It enables the user to make payments online.

Existing System

The Reservation was not done online till now. The customers had to call up the hotel and make bookings depending on the availability. The information was given individually to all the customers who called for reservations. This was a difficult task.

Existing Simple Inventory System

The existing Simple Inventory System kept track of items manually. All the data was manually written and stored in files. That was a tedious technique to keep track of inventory. It was a difficult task to get all the monthly and quarterly reports. To keep track of all the sales and transactions across different departments was a difficult task for the users.

Proposed Simple Inventory System

This tool shall enable the user to keep track of the inventory without much difficulty. The users shall have secured access to the system. The security is provided through MD5 encryption. The registered user shall login to the system and can check for the inventory of the items. They can check the price, sales of items and the stock currently held. The user also shall be able generate report. It could be daily, monthly or quarterly reports. The admin shall be able to add user and create access privileges to him. The grid view shall list all the products. You can click on the row to enter the quantity sold. There are separate tabs to add product, edit price of products. Through these tabs the user shall be able to manage adding and updating of products. There shall be logout button to exit out of the system.

Online Discussion Forum

 

It’s a PHP project named “Online Discussion Forum” is the place where persons after creating their account can share their ideas and make discussions on various topics. It’s a technical discussion form, where users will able to enter questions and get answers on various technical and other topics. For example, the topic can be related to PHP, Java, general knowledge, English, maths, hibernate etc. Each type of questions will be under particular forum. Registered users will be allowed to enter questions, provide answers to the questions, get personal messages to their notification area, make reply to other existing posts etc. We have used standard WYSIWYG editor to enter questions and get answers in formatted manner. Even the attachments can be made with particular posts through technical online discussion form developed in PHP.

Existing System

In the previous existing Online Discussion Forum project system, there was no proper moderation channel where the person cannot keep an eye, what’s going on and the rules are being followed by all existing users. There was no proper communication channel. Previously, users were not able to get admin messages and options to create their community and send friend request to existing users. There was no check performed on validation and type of questions to be entered under particular forum. In existing system, there was no proper password recovery method, and the admin does not have the power to block users, their activity and points which is assigned to them.

In this new PHP based technical Online Discussion Forum, there will be three type of users who will interact this system and control the various activity. These three users will be: admin, moderator and the users. Users will be responsible to enter questions in particular forum, get their answers, make reply to existing posts, check scores of other users, access message dialog box and make changes through their profile settings. It’s the moderator, who will have the authority to approve questions and answers posted by the registered users. Admin will keep track on various activity of users and the moderators. Among these, there are other features, like displaying the posts based on various parameters like recent posts, displaying in ascending or descending order, by date etc, switch to other forums, check online users and send friend requests.

The E-commerce Management System has many advantages, compare to traditional store as one can compare the cost of a product with other e-commerce websites, and if a user dislikes any product he/she can return it. While we can make use of the current technology to overcome the problem with the existing system. The E-commerce Management System companies can use a flying robot, so when a user places an order, the company will send the product through the robot. The robot will find the user by using the GPS, and in this way, we can reduce the time to deliver a product. While before sending a product the e-commerce company will check the product that it is same or not with the requested order.
