The online social networking website enables a way through which different groups or people can interact with themselves and can share their ideas, experience. By communicating they can make a community to solve some problem or can guide to other on different situation. Also, an organization can use this project to interact with their colleague and can do meeting online. The Online Social Networking Website will be utilized commonly in the universities, high schools, organizations. While a group of government can use it to make contact with the public to share the information about work has done by them.

Existing system

The current Online Social Networking Website system allows a user to make contact with their friends and provide a way to share various files through it. There are various social networking sites are available from the year 1997, but the popularity of the social networking has increased since 2005. Even though the current Online Social Networking Website have many tools which enhanced the user experience they fail to provide security of an individual on the web. Some person randomly sends the friend request to anyone while any person can view the profile of the other. The current Online Social Networking Website is one of the major platforms where a user gets assaulted.

Proposed system

The proposed Online Social Networking Website system will use the database for each user and will monitor the status of the user so if any user will abuse any other person on the site, then it will block that user and if anyone views the profile of another user then it will notify that user about the user who is looking the profile so if a user will report that someone has tried to edit or download the private documents of the user than the person who had tried will not allow using their own profile.

The admin will be the person who will maintain the entire system and will have the power to control the full system. It can view the report sent by the user and can see the details of any user connected to the system. He/she can block a user from accessing the site.
User
The user will get the access to the system only when he/she is registered with the networking site. The user can register to the site by providing details of other networking sites or by providing the details of the system. A person will send a friend request, will accept the request and can send the message by use of this module.

The bus is one of the most used transportation systems in any country, so in order to make the system more efficient, we are developing a system which will help the user in accessing the service. The Bus Ticket Reservation System is a web-based system which provides functions such as information about the ticket availability, buy a ticket, choose the seat number. While a user can cancel the ticket online, can make the inquiry about the timing of the bus. The user can access the system directly from the web and there will no need of any download in the system.

Existing system

In the present Bus Ticket Reservation System, the work is maintained by the manual process, so the user needs to contact the person related to each branch for the inquiry to get the details such as the schedule of a bus, seat availability, bus facility, cost, etc. In the current Bus Ticket Reservation System, the time is limited by the working hour of the branch and the person who want to buy the ticket has to go to the branch. The company keeps all the records related to bus ticket manually to calculate the income which is not an easy process. While there will be a probability of error in calculation.

Proposed system

The Bus Ticket Reservation System will provide an easy way to access the information of any bus. By use of this system a user can check the ticket availability, can know the time of bus departure, will get the notification if the bus is late. While it will provide options such as a user can buy the ticket online, can make payments, can cancel the tickets. As the ticket is online generated it cannot be lost while the user can access the system 24 hours and seven days in a week which make the system user-friendly. It will also manage the information of the user and the bus expense so that a company can use these to analyze the profit from it.

While the main objective of this project is to computerize the paperwork in the system and automate the work. The computerization is done so that the storage of all the details regarding students and teachers will be stored in the system which makes system centralized and the chance of duplication of any data is minimized. While by doing automation to the system will reduce the time for storing any data in the system.

Problem with existing system

In the present School Management System, it is uneasy to store the information related to students, faculty and parents on the paper. As there is too many information when someone tries to access any of stored information it becomes a difficult and time-consuming task. While these days parents and faculty have more work than just take care of students it is difficult for both parents and faculty to monitor them. Whereas the storing and retrieving an information is a difficult task, it also requires much amount of unnecessary worker to do the task.

Proposed system

The school management system will manage all the work in any school in particular order so that the time requirement and complexity of the system will be reduced, at first it will focus on student related information. As a student gets the admission in the school system will start managing the details regarding the students. It will manage the fee details, and if the full payment has not done, then it will notify about the fee to a staff of the school. School Management System will then display the date of the test and when the test completes it will display the results of the students. While the parents can use it to monitor their children’s performance, also they can contact with the teachers.

Existing System

In the existing College Management System PHP, no database is maintained as regards admission, enrolment, and pass outs students of various departments. Also no database is maintained for employee payroll, retirement and other benefits. All the documents are in papers and kept in files. This eats up much time in preparing the documents and also searching relevant documents from the heap of files take up valuable time of the employees. In existing College Management System PHP, there are many more flaws apart from it too, such as data files can be lost when the management keep track of all the activities into files and many more.

Proposed system

The software is prepared by programming language PHP and MySQL database. The software will manage all the functionalities of the college and promote the college among the student fraternities all over the world. The software is on one hand error free and use friendly and on the other hand will reduce consumption of paper, time, and power that is to say it will reduce costs to a great extent. The site opens with a home page that gives introduction of the college. There are courses tab describing different courses offered, fees tab displaying fee structure.

The objective of this courier management system is to reduce the day to day work hectic by automating all the manual work of courier related organizations into computer based work. Courier management system aims at keeping the track of employee information, apart from this details about day to day courier senders, receivers, courier men, hub details and prices and products which are sending using courier services. Also it keeps the track of all the companies that uses courier services daily or most frequently in order to give them special discount so that they can use their services daily.

All the database with a backup is being stored into the server of the system. This reduce the man power and increase the efficiency of the work demands.

Existing System

Existing Courier Management System has no automation. All the work is done manually. Existing system has many flaws such as in existing system, the sender needs to first send the letter or have to go to the shop for sending the courier and then after some days the courier will be send when the courier man comes and receives the courier.

Existing system takes a lot of time. Also the time taken is very much for sending even one courier. Thus existing system needs to be changed.

Proposed System

In the proposed Courier Management System, all the work is automated, and no wastage of time should be done. In proposed system, all the work is automated. If someone needs to send any courier than he or she can just login into the panel and send a request to the courier company and then the courier team can themselves contact you.

In proposed Courier Management System, we need not to waste our time in any procedure and or in following any step, and all the work is done so easily without taking much time.

Courier Management System Modules

The module for the courier management system are given as follows:

1. Customer – Customer panel includes all the request that customer sends to the company for requesting a courier man to take their parcel from their home and send them wherever they addresses the place. Also this panel includes the personal information and the bank details by which they pay the money for sending their courier.
2. Administrator – This panel includes the administration activities such as receiving the request from the customer, forwarding it to the relevant employees of the company and taking actions for their requests.
3. Frontend – This panel includes all the details such as how much time is taken for sending the courier, what are the places include, how much according to the parcel do the people need to pay and many more information. Objective

Nowadays, Online Examination Management System is a fast growing technical aspect of taking exams of the students via internet and computers. The system offers a complete CBT Package i.e a computer based test package. This system is well considered today because of its accuracy and speed as well. In the system, the user have to login in with the unique id and password given to them at their time of admit card returns. No other student can login into another one’s account. When test is being taken by students, the system offers multiple choice question to them, and after the submission of answers, the system itself check answers and mark correct or wrong as per the correct answers given to the system, saved in its database. Result of out of how many questions, how many are correct is being given by the Online Examination Management System automatically. The online examination system is an automated system which needs less manpower.

Existing System

In existing Online Examination Management System, the tests and quizzes are being prepared manually by manpower. It needs a lot of time to write questions and then taking their prints or copies. In case if the main copy is lost, before taking up the backup, all the work done manually will be lost and thus needs a lot more work. Apart from that, time taken to check the copies and answer sheets will be more and there are a lot more chances of mistakes because multiple choices answers need more accuracy. Existing system has many disadvantages in it.

Proposed System

In current Online Examination Management System which we had proposed, we are providing every aspect or steps done while taking quizzes and tests automatically. No manpower is needed. You just need to make one paper, save it in database server, the backup is stored automatically and just the student needs to login into their account and after giving the test, the answers will be checked by the system by itself. This needs less time and efforts by invigilator.

ADMIN PANEL – It involves the login part of the admin, who can create the paper and save all the details in the database server and can have access to all the details as well as the answers submitted by the students. Only admin can authenticate all the A to Z things involve in the database server and can have access to change them even after once the paper is designed or released.
2. STUDENT PANEL– This panel involves student zone where students can enter into their account by the id and password given to them and can access all the questions and give their answers as per their reliability.
3. ONLINE QUIZ PATTERN– It includes the designing part of the quiz system and the front end part in which the looks, design, questions, details everything will be added.
