Garage Management System Project

This Garage Management System project enables the user to keep track of all the activities of a garage. It is a web based application which helps the user to Manage the stocks available in the garage, check for repair estimates, delivery etc. It maintains vehicle service history and mechanic shop time. It also manages the inventory of the vehicle parts. It shall maintain the database of all the vehicles that are serviced and shall be able to send service notification to customers based on the service dates. Garage Management System has secured access to admin. The admin shall be able to keep track of different users like supervisor, receptionist, principal etc. It is a smart web UI which could assist the garage owners to keep track of all the events in the garage.

Existing System

The Garage Management System till now was not able to record the service details of vehicles. It was done manually. The inventory of spares is done manually. There was no maintenance history of all the vehicles that were serviced in the garage. The service dates had to be tracked manually and that was a difficult task.

Garage Management System

This Garage Management System shall help the user to keep track of all the activities in the garage. It is a web based application which shall have users like admin, principal, receptionist and supervisor. The admin shall give access for specific modules for the other users. The users shall login and manage with the activities of the system. The supervisor shall be able to check for the inventory of vehicle spares in the garage. He shall be able to check for the vehicles that are serviced currently and the ones which has to be notified for services. The user also shall be able to note the mechanic shop time hours. The system will also allow the payment for the repair or service done. The system also can check for the vehicle spares that are sold from the garage. The interface is developed using html and PHP. It has user friendly web interface.

Admin: This module shall have the login details of users.

Service: This module shall hold the data regarding the service of vehicles done in the garage. It shall have the type of vehicle, engine number etc. details. It shall also hold the date of service and the problems raised by the customer.

Inventory: This module shall have the data about the inventory of vehicle spares in the garage.

Online School Fees System Project

Online School Fees System

The aim of this School Fees System project is to automate the fee collection process of schools and management of online fee payment for schools. It has a very user-friendly interface which enables the user to easily make fee payments online. It enables the parents to know about fee dues and make payments accordingly. This tool is mainly designed for public and private schools of all sizes which helps the administrative staff to complete the billing functionalities efficiently.

The Main interface includes a left panel to select different menu options such as student, report, fees, setting etc. The user shall be able to login into this payment system and check for the fees that is due and can make the payments. A report shall also be generated for the time period chosen. The payments shall be done through safe and secure methods that are used in the tool. The tool is being built by highly qualified team whose main aim is to ensure secured transaction for the users.

Existing System

Schools need a School Fees System to automate the process of collecting fees. So far, the parents would come in person to pay the amount in cash or cheque. The system would get complex with the parents opting to pay using different methods. All these factors will make the traditional way of fee payment complicated.

Online School Fees System

The School Fees System is developed using PHP and MySQL Database. This new system shall enable the parents to pay fees online by using this tool. The School Fees System is quick and simple to use. It is a dashboard like application with many features given to the users. The user shall be able to login securely and make payments. The user shall be able to generate report for the period selected. The user can also check for defaulters in the student list. The security and privacy are maintained for each user in the system. All the transaction related records are maintained in the database. Hence it is easier for the school to manage the billing system.

School Fees System Modules

Student: This module shall have the details of the student like name, class, school etc.

Fees: This module shall enable the user to make actual payments. This will have all the transaction related details and the mode of payments. The module shall include the account details of the school to which the amount to be credited. The name or trust which has to be mentioned for fee payment shall also be included. It includes the term for which the student is paying the fees. Also, a description field which shall hold information about the fee.

Report: This module generates the report for the time period selected by the user. The details of the fees paid for the selected period shall be captured. The report shall display all the details regarding the fees paid for that quarter. The report shall include the tuition fee for the term, admission fee if it exists or any other fee such as the transport fee etc.

Membership Management System

This Membership Management System project enables the user to add member data to the system. This is a simple interface which does need any login details. The purpose of this project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing membership data. This shall be saved in the database. The interface allows user to enter name of the member, date of birth, spouse name, address, phone details and save it in the database. The phone details include Work number, cell number, extension and fax details. The user shall be able to edit or update these fields once it is entered in the database. It is a simple UI which manages the data of members. This Membership Management System tool is developed using Visual basic which handles robust connectivity to databases.

Existing System

The existing Membership Management System did not capture details using a tool. The member data was manually entered, As the organization grew, there would be large number of members. It would be a difficult task to manage the member data manually.

Membership Management System

This Membership Management System will enable the user to enter the data regarding members. The interface has various fields which are captured from the UI and stored in the database. There are many fields such as member name, date of birth, spouse name, telephone details including work, cell phone and extension details, address details include house number, street, city and zip code. It also includes member number. All the fields are captured from UI and stored on to the database. This provides as a directory for the users. Membership Management System is easy to manage member data through this tool. It will provide an easy way of maintaining records in the database. At any instant of time, a member data can be retrieved from the database and displayed. All the data is unique to a particular member. The member number is a unique number generated automatically through the system.

Modules

Member: This module shall have all the details regarding the member such as name, nick name, date of birth, house address including street, city, zip code and telephone details which includes work number, fax, cell phone details etc.

Some of the fields here are validated before saving on to the database. The data of birth is a calendar control field and cannot be directly keyed in from the user. The data gets validated at the interface level. Similarly, the zip code is also verified for numerical. There’s an upper limit for the number of characters keyed in. This will minimize the error that are encountered at the database while saving of these fields. Member number is a unique number and is generated automatically by the system. The telephone numbers are also verified at the user entry level. It allows only numbers and there is a maximum limit for the phone numbers.

Bank Account Tracking System

This Bank Account Tracking System project is designed to help users to make bank transactions and monitor their account information. This tool aims at helping the customers to know their account details without having to physically going to banks and check for the accounts. The user shall be able to login securely through the tool and make deposit or withdrawal. The user can check the account and print summary of statement for the month or year. It is a user-friendly tool which is developed using VB. The database holds the account information of all the customers. It holds information regarding different types of account held and the transactions made for the period. A secured layer of encryption exists for all the transactions done.

Existing System

The user faced the difficult task of visiting the bank physically to check for the different accounts and balances. All the details were manually written and stored. The account details were in ledgers which were too tedious to manage. The customers would be happy if they could get the information about the transaction details etc. in less time.

Bank Account Tracking System

This Bank Account Tracking System shall enable the user to make transactions and help them to check their account balances. It shall help the user to check for different types of account held and the dates and type of transactions done. It shall also clearly indicate the amount of interest earned. The user can make transactions like deposit of money or withdrawals through secured layer. The user can login and check for the account details like balance, interest rate, the date of deposit or withdrawal etc. The user can print the summary of the accounts for the time period mentioned. It could be monthly or yearly statement. This system shall ease the customers to get the information quickly. The details are stored in the database and it could be retrieved faster and displayed as statement to the user. The user can search for a transaction based on date. The user can update the account information.

Car Rental System

This Car Rental System project is designed to aid the car rental company to enable renting of cars through an online system. It helps the users to search for available cars view profile and book the cars for the time period. It has a user-friendly interface which helps the user to check for cars and rent them for the period specified. They could also make payment online. The rental cars shall be categorized into economy, premium etc. Based on the type of car required by the customer, the user shall be able to make bookings. The use of internet technology has made it easy for the customers to rent a car any time. This Car Rental System makes the bookings easy. It saves time and labor. The tool shall ask the user for information such as the date and time of journey, type of car etc. Also, it will need an identification number. Using these details, the tool shall help the customer to book a car for the journey.

Existing Car Rental System

Car Rental System service will help users to book a car for some fee specified. Till now there was no clear web based UI to help the users to rent the vehicle. They had to manually rent the vehicle through their offices. It was a difficult task to manage rental vehicles. Keeping track of all the rental cars was a problem.

Proposed System

This Car Rental System project will enable the user to rent a vehicle. The user shall login to the system and check for availability of cars. The user specifies a type of car and the journey date and time. The Car Rental System shall check for the availability of the car and rent the car to the customer. The user can make payment online. The tool is designed using VB.net. All the data regarding the rental cars are stored in MySQL database. The user has to enter his name, address, phone details and check for the cars available for rent. The UI is very simple and the connectivity to back end is robust. The main advantage is that the user shall be able to choose a car depending on his budget.

The system shall take the start and end dates from the user and check for availability of rooms. It shall check for the number of guests and reserve the rooms for the user. It can also modify the dates of reservation. This is a simple user interface which displays the information about the hotel, its contact address and the amenities at the hotel. It also provides the rates of rooms in that hotel. This tool shall enable the user to check for information regarding the hotel and reserve rooms. It enables the user to make payments online.

Existing System

The Reservation was not done online till now. The customers had to call up the hotel and make bookings depending on the availability. The information was given individually to all the customers who called for reservations. This was a difficult task.

Proposed Online Hotel Reservation System

This Online Hotel Reservation System will help the user to make reservation for hotels online. The user can check the availability of the rooms. The tool provides an option to input start and end dates of the booking. It also takes input such as the number of guests. Depending on the availability of the rooms the user can book the room. The user also has an option to update the reservation details. The user can view the room rates. He can check for different amenities provided by the hotel. The user can also know more about the hotel and its address. Also, gallery provides pictures of different type of accommodations. This would ease the customer to book rooms. The tool has an option to make payments online. The Interface is simple which uses latest web technologies. It’s well secure for payments
