Project Objective

Human resource management system is an online business management applications which basically used for managing employees, management works and increase revenue for the particular working environment. It’s an online package where all the functionality has been provided at one place. No doubt, there will be one master user of this online application which will manage the entire business workflow. To make working process easier, a lot of built in functionality has been added like making financial analysis and managing it, customized reports as and when required. To store authentic and genuine data, end users don’t have to worry about this, system will take care of this matter.

Existing System

Existing human resource management was not able to cope with changing business environment and doesn’t able to meet desired requirements for the management personnel. The only functionality which was provided to admin was listing of existing employees and adding new employees. What if requirement occurs for searching any employees based on any particular criteria. There was no availability to handle real type situations like recruitments process such as making an online advertisement for career sections, checking out newly appointed candidates. The existing human resource management system was not able to give performance details of each working employees within the organizations, thus making decision on salary increment was not fruitful for the organization.

Proposed System

This new human resource management system is best suited for real time business environments. There’s a lot of functionality which makes HR works easier and some of these are: Leave section where employees can apply for leave online, HR can categories employee list based on leave types, employees can submit their medical certificates for leave verifications etc. Admin of the system can add fields and their data entry types using graphical interface, managers can check the working performance of different managers and add reviews for top management purpose.

                 Apart from all, the most important is the time sheet which the admin and managers can prepare for their employees. This system will help the managers to keep attendance of employees, make employees reports, attendance summary and much more. The managers can get info on work for their customers’ requirements and make mathematical calculations to meet their requirements on time using online business calculator.

Modules

Admin: -It’s through the admin panel where the functionality of this application can be used by others or by themselves. Admin can create managers and their roles to look after their business process and the admin also having the power to look after the performance of the child employees.

Managers: -Managers will have the responsibility to look after the working environment of their employees who are working under them. It’s the managers who will prepare their work reports, can check their performance, grant leave and take appropriate decision based on the information generated by the system.

Employees: -Employees will only be provided to use major activities which they can perform using this system. They can check their performance and reviews for their future reference, their attendance sheet, increment details, payment reports, leave reports. Using their own panel, employees can apply for leave and attach necessary documents for necessary helps from the organizations.

Online courses having its own value in today’s busy world. It’s a type of program by which users can learn their respective courses anytime from anywhere at affordable price or sometime free of cost. Using online course web application software, its admin or say lecturers can create their lectures in different formats including video lectures and audio lectures.

Even this software also allows to import already created lectures in the format of PDF, PowerPoint, and Word etc directly from their system and use for their teaching purpose. This system provides the power of distribution by which learners can be informed about their learning resources through their registered email id, sending links to their mails for downloading resources etc. The most important among all is the progress tracking facility and providing results on time.

Existing System

There are numerous demerits which were found in existing system and among all, one is customizable branding was not available. Although, it’s also a business portfolio, where you need to create a brand in this market and for this you need your own image and style format to survive. Existing system doesn’t provide control power for accessing the account. All account were given same privileged. Existing Online Courses was not capable to organize the way of training session and virtual badges and gifts for excellent performance along with notification for improvement areas.

Proposed System

It’s the Online Courses system which only not allow you upload unlimited learning resources, apart from these you are also provided to create numerous courses and quizzes for your students and learners. You can manage and control every account and using such control, users can access their resources under their account. This system has been provided powerful reporting system which allows you to create customizable performance chart by which learner can increase their efficiency.

Modules

1. Online course creation tool: -It’s the tool, which will only be accessed by admin and lecturers with different privileges. Admin will have the power to set privileges for others. It’s the module by which lecturers can add, remove and modify lectures and their notes.
2. Learning management tool: – This section will be accessed by the learner and they can access resources as per their accountability. Their account will be under control by the admin panel.
3. Adding and removing features: – To provide a customizable environment, this section will only be accessed by admin. It’s the sections by which, admin can bring changes in look, feel and structure of this system and add and remove features.
4. Customization tool: – It’s the tool accessed by admin to give a royal look for their logo, reports and payment slips. It’s the system which also provide accounting package as per requirement and inbuilt query builder to make query process easier.

It’s the system which captures all the essential features which requires for overall development, thus improves the facilities for better study environment.

Existing System

Previously the college management system primary focus was on managing students and account sections and rest are going besides them. But this is not the actual scenario of today’s environment. Apart from these, there are other modules which exist in a particular college, which the management will have to look after. Existing system was not paying attention for managing their working employees, integration of library management was not possible, thus another software has to be used which requires extra investment and effort. If the college providing boarding facility, the requirement for hostel management and store management was the requirement which was not available in the existing system.

Proposed System

It’s the new complex college management system presented in an interactive way. Within this new college management system, lots more features has been added to handle complex environment. Right from managing students, it has been integrated with hostel management, library management, account management, store management, employee’s management and bus management. A special portal has been there within this system which can be accessed by studying student and this module will be managed by T&P department for their placement assistance and latest news within college campus. To make easy analysis report for top level managements, built in MIS system has been integrated to make customizable report as and when required.

Modules

Admin Panel – This is the panel from where all administrative work will take place. There will be only one admin who will manage the activities of others.

Employee Panel –There can be different types of employees who will under a college. The types will be set by the admin and as per their assigned role, such workers can look after their work.

Library Panel –This is the panel by which students can access their resources.

Student Panel –Student panel has been specially designed for them. Its just like portal where they can get latest reports, news and notification about exams and campus drive.

Account Panel – This panel is basically used for creating and looking after accounts, ledgers, inflow and outflow reports and others like sales report, purchase reports etc.

Project Objective

Telephone billing system is specially designed for the hotels to prepare billing slips for their customers who take this service from their hotel. It’s a web based application which can be rune from any desired room using its domain name or by using IP address. It’s one of the most user friendly telephone billing system which can be easily understand by its admin personnel. This new telephone billing system having some useful features like: generating bills for their guest who make calls from their hotels, displaying particular room balance for particular customer/guest, getting call rates details and total bills for their total duration’s. Among all, hotels will have their document customization facility by which they can give a look to their printable billing report. It’s a telephone billing management system with inbuilt accounting facility to make billing process easier.

Existing System

Among many lacking features in the previous system, the most important was lack of simplicity and accounting facility. Existing was not equipped with call tracking facility by which keeping information was most difficult and hotels were not able to gain maximum profit by using their own business rules. Under existing system, there was no availability of query builder which can present report as per requirement and export that particular query result for particular customers account to make them inform earlier.

Proposed System

This new Telephone Billing System having simple but power user interface which meets all the requirements. During start up, it will provide you the power to make query upon following segments such as find rooms, show calls, balance or hotel and particular rooms along with other supportive information such as check in date and check out date with time, details of particular customer type etc.  Its query builder provides you the flexibility to play with the required information as per your requirements. You can get much information on desired particular room like their dialed number, destination where it has been called, starting time of call, total duration of call and total price for such particular time. As the concept of Jasper has been used to make customizable report, so you can give your own look as per business requirements.

Modules

1. Call Accountability: – It’s the module from where you will get all the details of calls, their duration’s and total amount which has to be paid by the customers. It will generate the call list with all required information date wise.
2. Security and Compliance:-Since, this system will store useful information of customers, so proper security measures has been taken to keep free from any fraud with proper authentication process.
3. Staff Productivity: -In this competitive edge, to make all staffs more productive, it saves their time and of course the organization money using the power query builder module.

It’s the software which can be beneficial for doctors who run their private clinics and have to manage their schedules with less investments and efforts. It’s the system which take care everything right from your patients schedule, their billing, reports etc and make doctors free worrying about their profits. It’s the system which send doctors prescriptions and other information’s directly to patient’s accounts, where they can check all their desired information’s. To make doctors burden free and manage their busy schedule properly, doctors will get their entire day meeting and appointment with their patients early in the morning to their mails. Doctors can know their patients in much better way, by going through their basic information’s, problems and medical facilities and medicines which he/she is currently taking.                                                                                                              This system having an electronic accounting package which makes billing process easier by providing a brief reports to the patients through identifying their problems and suggested treatments. Patients will get the treatments types which they have to take, the consultants who will involve in their treatment process, total expenses required and if any patients due for making final clearance.

Existing System

Previously, the existing system was not so advanced to manage all the records and handle all activities properly. There was no facilitation of contacts details of patients, calendar wise view and facility of checking appointments with patients, providing the feature of customization print options, viewing data as per requirements like bar graph, chart graph for analyzing the business process and currently running system. There was no module which can alert doctors about reminders of their appointments and previously assigned prescription details to particular patients. It was not the system which can provide doctors the reports on treatments which has been completed and required for particular patients with their date, time and payment details.

Proposed System

This new system having advanced billing package with other calculation features like clinical notes, files, and prescription details. Treatments and completed procedures for each patients. It’s the system where doctors can get all desired reports at their desk on one place for every patients. Using file features, their working departments can upload their reports including CT SCAN, XRAY etc to particular patient’s account, where doctors and even patients can review their reports. It’s the system which can also use in particular hospitals where the hospital authority can check how many patients are there for a particular day for different doctors who are working in their hospitals. Through the prescription details, patients can download their prescriptions and make consultation online if any problems occurred. Among many, patients can also send private emails to their doctors as per their requirements.

Chat Server project in Java

 

 

Project Objective

Chat server is a network based application which having two faces: one for the server side and one for the client. Our chat server has been developed with optimized technique to make fast and of less size. Even though, it’s a small application, but eligible to meet client side requirements. It’s having two page source code, one for the server and can be placed on any system which you want to make a server. For working as client side, you have to place the client code to other computer, which will act as client side. At the same time, there can be more than one client which can be handle by the TCP connection. In order to handle with networking concepts, we have used number of java built in features to have optimized codes like threading, networking console, Input and Output console, collections, streams and much more. Among all, it’s the application which can be run, using the concept of LAN and all clients need to be connected to server or use their dedicated IP address to receive and send messages through broadcasting central server.

Existing System

Earlier, the system was quite well and mostly hanged during log in process through client side. Server was not able to provide quick information on logged users and take time to display currently log in users. Among these, security was important section which were not given preference as all communications will be through server side, its need to have functionality of session and authentication with proper validation process. The client side was not able to identify and display proper message of errors. There was no provision of providing client users whether server is running or not. There was no provision of having private chats with other clients and even group chat facility.

Proposed System

It’s the system which only not allow users to send messages from one clients to all clients but even facilitate to send private message and group chats with other clients. It’s the system, which provide clients the details of other clients with information like: name, logged in time, total duration and their message in public section. The server side will responsible to maintain users list, their messages, passwords and log details. It’s the application where the concept of data structure like linked list, array list has been used.

Modules

1. Server Application: -It will act as a broadcasting server which will handle the sending and receiving of messages. It’s the part which have to deal with TCP/IP, port number and SSL techniques. Its predefined logic handles where to send messages, from where it has been received and what data has to carry.

2. Client Application: -Using the client panel, client can login to their account using their username and password. It’s the panel where message exchange process will take place and their representation medium among other clients.
